yeah a lot of names for anime characters are fairly common names as well
the jjk character wasnt the first person i knew had the name megumi for instance.

As long as the name is not cringe or something then it should be okay. Although naming ur kid Naruto, Goku and etc... is a bit retarded.

but for Naruto uhhhh it’s not really a Japanese name, it’s the name of a food and an anime character. I think the kid will get bullied for it
