General & Others Thoughts on Punk Hazzard in Retrospect?

Punk Hazard really started it all, all the plot points in the arcs after all lead back to here.
What are your thoughts on the Arc? And give a rating while your at it.....

I liked Punk hazard to be honest. Its probably the introduction to New world and what Straw hats will be doing from their onwards.

Also island climate change from Aokiji and Akainu was impressive.

Definitely a good Binge, idk how it was week to week for people.

if we see some Dragons, Egghead will be better. Punk Hazard is so good now that we have Egghead. Seems like Vegapunk is trying to change islands again

For me it's almost all just set up and there's no storyline resolved within the arc itself to justify it's length. We just finished the whole alliance to take down Kaido along with introducing Kinemon and Momo, the giant kids were at the start of Egghead, Caesar is still around, we just got answers about devil fruits, etc.

The entrance to the new world we found out that two admirals fought there and changed the clima the crazy scientifics and his experiments one of the best waifus

Nami had a lot of relevance with the children smoker and tashigi

And the end of the arc was pretty emotive with tashigi asking nami for the children also we found out that she was the mix of zoro and nami most important persons (my favourite characters) after that she ranked to my top 5

I don't think it was good or bad.

Law was cool. Zoro vs Monet was cool. Tashigi could have being better but then we wouldn't have Zoro. Smoker was thrash and just hyped up Doflamingo. Aokiji showing up was good.

I give it a 5.

A great arc. Great mystery and absurd stuff in the beginning,no population to save (There are the children though,but they dont steal so much space,they dont fight) and a short arc that goes directly to its point. Its a good arc altough its a setup arc,but its surely one of the best ones post-timeskip.

Law really carried that arc. It was enjoyable imo but it didn't need to be 50 chapters long to do what it did. 30 chapters would have worked better

it is the type of arc that is better when read all together rather than weekly

I can't praise or criticize it too much, Law was the best part of it. a solid mid arc, 5/4.

I enjoyed PH a lot and had such a great time weekly back in the day when Orkut was still a thing.

The arc was a great set up for all the upcoming crazy stuff, but also suffered with the usual running around that gets every arc to drag at least 10 chapters.

Liked: Law's return and storyline, Zoro's moment with Monet, Nami with the kids
Disliked: Luffy having any issues at all with Caesar

It's the 10th longest arc in the series. Only 2 chapters less than Thriller Bark and about 10 less than both Water 7 and Enies Lobby
