General & Others Thoughts on the arc's pacing?

Pace seems good when the arc should have more development on characters(Franky at least). But I don't care enough about the story to make a good judgment. Maybe Oda is trying to make readers suffer so no one ever complain about pacing. Pace was never the biggest issue to me anyway, just the minor of the problems.

I would say that Bonney is making the arc worst. I don't care at all about her. Kuma backstory too.

Total waste of time. It seems like Oda is stretching it so he can have time to think about his next move. I think the "I have an ending planned" is total bullshit. Normally he wouldn't stretch this much. Dude just has no idea how to end One Piece.
Let's be honest, after so many build UP, the truth is that oda WON'T be able to come up with something that satisfy everyone.

well i'm pretty sure an hour hasn't passed, so it makes sense why there hasn't been a lot of major fights. there's a lot going on, probably faster than you think. maybe it takes time for the enemy to make their move

I don't feel like it drags too much. The pace for most of the arc was great, it is just the last two chapters that were worse but it is not bad, I am sure it will be great again in the next few chapters. There is so much going on in this arc, Saturn, Kizaru, Seraphim, Mark 3, Vegapunk(s), traitor, Kuma's flashback, Garp/Law/Boa VS Black, Vivi and Morgans, destruction of Lulucia Kingdom, Kid in Elbaf, etc.
I think the arc will last for more 15~ chapters and we will start the fights in the next 2-3 chapters plus get a big revealtion close to the end of the arc.
