Future Events Time Travel Confirmed?

In the SBS of the last volume,Oda revealed that he personally asked for the original Luffy voice actress in the first One Piece OAV to voice Joy Boy.

Could this be another piece of the puzzle towards the theory that somehow Luffy will go back in time,and that Joy Boy has always been him all along? What do you think about this theory?

And how could that happen? Vegapunk would invent a time machine,or someone with Toki's fruit would awaken it,making it able to go also back in time and not only forward? And who could that be?

I have several problems with this, and I'm sure Oda went with her powers only going forward in time because it'd make no sense. Like upon finding out the Oden was tricked she would have just gone back in time.

The Ancient Kingdom and Void Century is actually in the future.
Luffy will become Joy Boy and all these Void Century 'flashbacks' are in fact flashforwards, where characters mistake Future Sight for memories from the past.
The real Void Century was really just an extremely boring period of time, that's why they erased it from everyone memory. This is why the Roger Pirates laugh so hard, because they realise how stupid it really was.
