In series where Zoro is guaranteed to always surpass wildest expectations his feats plus whatever Mihawk does in the future upscales him to the moon. I wouldn't necessarily take that to mean he can beat everybody, though. It would just mean he can contend against other high-pressure CoC users eventually.
