An earlier version of Todoroki would work for this.
Boku no Hero in general is still a bit above anybody around The Boys' paygrade.

That's a site that I've never seen before.

Anyways, the biggest issue is that MHA has received a slew of upgrades over the years, which has bumped up the majority of the cast in power level. I'll double check though.

Still not even remotely able to deal with the likes of Homelander. I read and watched the entirety of MHA as well. They don’t really have any Human Nukes aside from All Might and AFO and that’s what’s required to beat him. Shoto isn’t near that level, so it’s a hard mismatch.

Big question regarding Homelander's laser vision: Do you think that Homelander's laser eye beams are actually lasers? 🤔

You remember anyone in the series that dodged those lasers or no?

Shoto best ice attacks



also if we wank Shoto to have the same potency as his father fire wise he can maybe use proéminence burn

PB can smoke an HE and can destroy and skin alive enhanced Shiggy and weakened AFO (not a small feat). Enhanced Shiggy even a 75% is like a physical freak



The main problem here is Shoto durability

Shoto can maybe mitigate the laser beam because of heat resistance

but a solid punch from Homelander would hurt him good

Reaction wise Shoto isn’t slow

Homelander is bound by real life rules such as he can’t stop a plane from crashing

Todoroki can literally turn an entire village into ice in an instant.

So I don’t see how Homelander even last vs Todoroki. He’s not FTL and will die right away

Can Todoroki even do anything to Homelander if he just sits in the air and shoots lasers?

Not to mention Homelander’s durability (implied) is pretty insane

Allegedly no normal/military weapons are capable of actually killing him

He also was fast enough to fly Butcher to safety after an explosion went off in the house they were in. That’s an insane speed feat all things considered

His best shot is freezing him, but he could just break out of it. Fire won’t even work on the guy.
