I don't even get this critique, the manga has changed, the manga itself has all these bs lightning streaks popping out of the page. Oda sucks dick at drawing action scenes, the one thing he had preskip was how clean it looked, now it's just scribbles and haki streaks/nukes everywhere.
Toei was abysmal on the rooftop for the most part cause they added auras ontop of the ugly haki streaks from the manga, Egghead has been an improvement over the manga for the most part because they got rid of the auras, and improve on Oda's terrible choreography.
