But my overall point though is just that Jogo is heavily underrated.

The disaster curses as a whole are underestimated, Dagon and Mahito’s losses have massive asterisks on them, Jogo and Hanami literally lost to Sukuna and Gojo lol.

Jogo and Hanami are also the only characters in the series to show domain amplification besides Higuruma and Sukuna by the way.

The crazy thing too is that Jogo was nowhere near his actual potential. Kenjaku says “I hoped Jogo would grow more too but oh well” when he absorbs Mahito. Sukuna thinks Jogo could have theoretically reached Gojo’s level with the right mindset.
