Character Discussion Toji vs Maki (Character-wise)

Neither character is particularly great, but the lack of fallout after the Zenin massacre kind of ruined things for Maki. She's just a hollow (mass murdering) killing machine that isn't being addressed by anyone in the story. Even the curse fight with Naoya didn't really bring much closure to things.
Would of liked to see her gone rogue and have the students reel her back in to help for the final fight.

Toji all day every day.
Maki after shibuya is so bland and terrible she went from top 5/6 and my favorite female character to one of my most hated characters and her arc was the worst in jjk undeniably to the point i was cheering for naoya
toji left a mark on the jujutsu world and its characters, his strength and ability to beat the shit out of everyone was pretty natural while maki and her buffs were forced down our throats, two ppl show up and train her in specifically what she lacks and one of them has a domain that slows down time for god knows why. just the perfect conditions to buff maki
and defeating naoya was so unsatisfying and felt cheap because oh she isnโt recognized in
domains and oh her sister is a sword now
the impactful moments toji had blow every character out of the water except characters named gojo

When you think about it Toji is the reason for JJK happening lmao.
If Toji didn't fight Satoru, it would have taken Gojo way more to master his CT.
If Toji didn't fight Satoru, he wouldn't have died and Megumi would never meet Gojo. Probably would never become a vessel for Sukuna. Probably not even a sorcerer ngl.
If Toji didn't fight Satoru, there would probably be no breaking apart the friendship between Geto and Gojo. That would mean Geto probably lives, no CSM user for the brain to inhabit, no way to control Tengen.
If Toji didn't kill Riko, Tengen would have a new vessel.
Sukuna would probably never reincarnate, or brain wouldn't be able to feed Yuji the finger. It's heavily implied the two girls from chapter 1 in school are Nanako and Mimiko.
Literally the story exists cuz of Toji lmao.
