Show the prophecy where she specifically mentions nine shadows putting an end to kaidos 20 year reign. Last I checked Oden didn’t give the prophecy toki did.
The shadows are just the return of the Scabbards to Wano.
There has already been fourteen people who have contributed to the fall of Kaido, and little reason to think that either Oden or Toki were so specifically clairvoyant that they could tell the exact number of people who would fight Kaido. They aren’t Sharly.
They sure as hell don’t seem to have predicted Big Mom showing up as well.
(because Oda hadn’t came up with the idea when he first wrote the Toki’s last words)
