No, what I mean is that if she considers me town, then it's simple enough to demonstrate a scum case for you from that. But Fuji doesn't really work, because he would be defending me in town v town conflict.

The latter post is absolute garbage as well because why choose a guy who supposedly didn’t even read the setup.

And this is my Fuji scum case. The not respecting my reads and ignoring my death part is the last straw, too, because I spent days in the dead chat of Bloodline being angry at people for pushing my Town reads and he knows how much that pisses me off, but he still encourages people to not give a shit about my reads. Absolutely horrendous.

My issue with this is that its pretty easy to lead to false positives/negatives.

If one third of the playerlist has more people who have a different solve to the consensus, they'll be flagged as scum. Equally, if scum all visit the person their third is in, they won't be spotted by this.

...Also, telling scum three people that are likely to die lets them target different people for the NK, so they're less likely to make a redundant NK (which is probably the best way to limit the amount of town killed each night).

If I, as town, believe that one of your pics is wrong and do not visit them, thus stopping that person from dying, how is that throwing?

Isn't that like saying that if a vig chooses not to shoot someone they find towny, they're throwing?

The real issue is that coordinating actions will, naturally, give scum info. If we coordinate too obviously, scum will be more likely to NK someone who wasn't visited, thus increasing the number of townies total.

...And this is, of course, assuming that scum don't simply try to play whoever makes this list, since this will effectively be making it so every night has four lynches. If scum have good threadpull, they can do a lot with that.

If you really want to have coordination, just have people claim what actions/who they're going to visit that day. It'll be a lot easier to catch out scum that way, and we play things slowly we can probably catch scum from their mech, instead of just lynching four times as fast and praying we hit scum.

...But surely that means scum can also do the same thing? Last thing we want is to trust everybody who makes a push out of nowhere.

Yes, and in order to communicate that fact, they have to claim.

Even if the Watcher manages to get intel on several scum before they commit their actions, we're at a huge disadvantage after the Watcher dies, because then scum get to NK and visit whoever they want without any way of us proving it.

I suppose. We're all putting a lot of faith in the watcher not being inactive or less confident, though, and in people listening to the watcher's reads and agreeing with them... and, of course, since the Watcher will have TMI, they're likely to appear scummy in how they make their arguments.

Tonally those posts are honestly fine, but I absolutely hate their content.
