2. Kouen.
3. Ousen.
4. Tou/Yotanwa.
5. Yotanwa/Tou.
6. Shibashou(could be higher than Tou/YTW).
7. Moubu.
8. Karin.
9. Gouhoumei.
10. Kanki.

If we're including Shouheikun, he could easily be 4-6.
