How is Kisame weaker than Bee, Orochimaru, Jiraiya, or the 3rd Raikage?

Also putting Minato above Hashirama is wild

BM Minato is next level. Imagine mass teleported Bijuu bombs.

Killer Bee with full Bijuu mode kills Kisame lol
Orochimaru can immobilize him with the cursed seal and deal lethal damage with kusanagi
Jiraiya has swamp of the underworld and large scale katon ninjutsu
Both have large aquatic summons
Kisame pushes them to extreme diff and can win, but I think they take it 6/10
3rd Raikage can win depending on his top speed.

Orochimaru = version 2 4 tail cloak Naruto
Kisame was beating 8 tail version 2 cloak Bee

Also, didn’t Kisame fight pretty evenly with Itachi in one of the games? Orochimaru got negged by Itachi

Yeah but this is a vers of Orochimaru incapable of using hand seals. If he could use his 8 prong seal he’d of taken down 4 tails In an instant.

Games aren’t canon tho

Base Jiraiya trying to subdue Naruto not kill him.

Video games are really unreliable. The Akatsuki forming story line in them is egregious compared to canon.

The lack of consistent of that story would make a lot of sense, if Kishi worked on it

Only included one version of a character. Not including Boruto canon. Also, excluding Hiruzen because I don't buy his hype and hate him.

Also, excluding SM Kabuto, not because he doesn't belong here, but because I really struggle to rate him. I feel like his only fight had him at a very big advantage due to location. But I'd normally toss him under Nagato? idk

Sakura, with maximum capacity of Byakugo, has half the chakra of SPSM Naruto (more than his ONLY clone):




Additionally, the crazy narrative is backed up by equally crazy feats:

Reacting to Kaguya's super fast palms, moving a distance before they can get to her.

Bruising Kaguya with a single punch while extremely exhausted.

Reacting to Kaguya's speed and punching her before she can cross small distance. Throwing a punch before SPSM Naruto and Rinnegan Sasuke can reach her when she's stabbed by Juubidara, etc.
