What Sei did is utterly unrivalled. Nobody is touching that.

It was stated that not even King Sho would have been to accomplish such a thing.

Yotanwa getting her Mountain Mad Lads whipped up just by standing in front of them. Then getting them to out-hype the Zhao garrison at Retsubi.

As well as the Battle of Retsubi where Yotanwa crushed the morale of the Zhao defenders.

Demoralising the enemy is the quickest way to defeat them for if one’s opponent has no will to fight then they simply won’t.

Mountain Warriors go completely ape shit just from seeing Yotanwa, let alone getting deliberately stirred up into a frenzy by her.

Yeah didn’t Yotanwa’s Men at Retsubi shake the earth and the city? I’d definitely throw that one in there.

Sei at Sai is the best leadership feat in the series imo.

And probably Renpa at Sanyou for number 3.

 

[Yo Tan Wa]

Renpa's agitating the foreign country troops with just one hand, and Yo Tan Wa shaking the Earth and destroying enemy morale with just her appearance are Top 2 in Kingdom.

1. Sei at Sai
2. Yotanwa at Retsubi
3. Renpa at Sanyou
4. Riboku at Seika

These 4 are guaranteed imo.


As for honorable mentions:

Kisui's entrance in Kokuyou Hills has to be one of the most overlooked leadership feats yet. Man practically pulls a Renpa (when Kisui appears with a flag), Shouheikun (one shotting Kaku'Un in the same manner) and Shibashou (when Koku'Ou said there's one more pain in the ass enemy to deal with) vibes. Truly a honorable Great General of Zhao.

Ouki raising the morale of the Bayou army with only three words should be number 5.

While not in the top 5, Shin's morale speech in Shukai Plains should be at least top 10. Ouhon did the same as Shin as well.

Same energy.

Mougou's "My son" speech in Sanyou and Kanmei's debut should be up here as well.

I just realized but Riboku Seika speech is really supposed to parallel Sei at Sai, showing he really could have been a monstrous king if he so chose.
