Here's 5 characters who I believe have the biggest Hax in the verse
5- Sugar- with her toy toy fruit one touch, and your life, memory, everything about you is just poof gone, imagine if Sugar was able to touch luffy in dressrosa what would of happened? The strawhats journey may have ended right there in dressrosa
4- Luffy- His ability to turn the world into a toon town world, luffy in this form is capable of tanking majority of attacks and even tank Kaido's sword slashes. Hell one hit had Kizaru laid up asking for a time out what keeps it from being higher is the toll it puts on his body
3- Hancock- her ability to turn majority of the verse into stone Is extremely broken, this combined with her fighting capability speaks volumes even BB himself said if he let her go she'd turn him to stone and that would be it she nearly took out half the bb crew and a majority of marine forces
2. Shirahoshi- being one of the ancient weapons she has the ability to destroy the world but what keeps her from being 1 is her personality she isn't a fighter and wouldn't use her power to its full ability.
Honorable mentions: King- yes he's lunarian and thats quite the hax but get pass that and it's over for him and the seraphim all have his ability + more powerful fruits and skill
Momonosuke- highest potential in the verse one day he may be top 1 especially with his ability to command zunesha, but until he strengthens his power and skill
The other seraphim- powerful but I didn't want to make a list of just seraphim
1- Boaphim- not only does Boaphim have the same stone ability has Hancock, she was also shown capable of shooting kizaru like lasers and has the body of a lunarian making it nearly impossible to do any damage to her so long has her flame is on Boaphim not only has the greatest natural defense but one of the most broken df in the verse
