I'm mean quantity to ne considered an army gotta have a significant amount of people and while I agree Dragon wouldn't be above yonkos likely= too one can assume his commanders are yc1 to 3 equivalent

I mean we don't have any numbers. For long time they were poorly funded group. BPs had 30,000 fodders under them. BMPs as a whole had 50,000. I mean theres no evidence revo's are > yonkos on average.

Luffy doesn't even come close to the WG in power.

Himself is Yonkou level. No ody in his crew is yet top 30 in the verse and there's only 9 of them. He doesn't even come close to any other Yonkou crew except Blackbeards excluding Aokiji.

Yeah but it doesn't prove they are bigger than yonko crews and revolutions are done by fodder people living there.
