General & Others TOP 5 underrated and overrated characters

Zoro>=Luffy
Underrated
1. Kokoro (She needs more credit as she is not only the first mermaid, but saved half of the crew and her own granddaughter plus rabbit dog)
2. Kawamatsu (Of all the Scabbards, he is slept on the most. He’s got a great design and funny personality)
3. Zambai (This guy needs more respect on his name. He pulled half of the weight with Paulie in the Enies Lobby break-in, yet he’s still overshadowed by the latter)
4. The Giants (I see almost every fan call the giants fodder or weak just because they can be beaten by normal people despite Elbaf being known for having the strongest warriors. Meanwhile, some hype the Minks as stronger than them just because of Inu, Neko, and the other warriors).
5. Charlotte Daifuku (He is easily overshadowed by both Oven and Katakuri of the triplets. Some call him dumb just because of his genie chasing after Sulong Carrot and destroying his fleet)
Overrated
1. Pell (Honestly he should had died. Now we have “The Will of P” just because of him, Pagaya, and Pound surviving things for nonsensical reasons)
2. Paulie (Very cool dude, but everyone worships this guy too much. Even if he got defeated by Lucci, some still think he is above or close to Franky level)
3. Apoo (Just because he cheapshot Luffy and Zoro, doesn’t mean that he’s the strongest non-Strawhats supernova. Even his sound abilities have limits)
4. Dellinger (Some act like he carried a majority of the Donquixote Family just because of a few scenes he one shot or defeated people. Ignoring he still got one shot by Hakuba)
5. Monet (Everyone wants her to be a Strawhat yet can we ignore she done a lot of terrible things for Doffy? Plus she is long dead, she will not come back to the manga because of The Will of P.)
