Top 5 people I think would make good strawhats
5. Yamato- the most obvious a character whose been manifesting becoming a strawhat long before ever officially meeting Luffy (hell if you ask me technically is one)
4. Carrot- being the new queen of Zou may have swept her chances of becoming a strawhat under the rug, but she would of fit in with the weirdness of the crew and unlike Yamato whose a complete power house and doesn't offer much else, Carrot would be a great look put and being new leader of Zou her joining would automatically have the minks a permanent ally of the strawhats (tho they probably are anyway)
3- Mr 2.- come now everyone wants Mr.2 to join his energetic nature melds well with the strawhats he's fairly powerful and has risked himself to save Luffy on numerous occasions
2. Law a fan favorite character with a subpar crew Law may not have the raw power of Luffy or even his wings he does have medical knowledge to support chopper and an op fruit that's excellent in support.

Vegapunk (Lilith edition) of all the post time skip allies we've met the vegapunks are my favorite group especially Lilith and Shaka but seeing that Shaka is now swimming with the fishes who better to join than Lilith she can help upgrade the ship and Franky and has knowledge of the world that would otherwise be unknown what about the other surviving vegapunks well they can join the revolutionary army.
