Can't believe I'm arguing for Hancock here, but to be fair,
her Hax is quite overpowered how it seems...Even Teach was worried about getting into stone the second he would have let go of her, so it begs the question if haki is even capable of countering her ability.

If not, the only two options are being asexual and inflicting pain to yourself.
One is just coincidence and the other requires intel.

On the other hand Doffy has hax that serves as crowd control, but also is usefull against even calibers such as Dressrosa Sanji and even Jozu..Unlike Doffy, what Hancock is missing is actual combat feats as you mentioned though.

Fair, she did take out 2 of Teach's commanders. You gotta be extra careful around her. Once you are though, she hasn't proven to be much.

Doflamingo obviously has her in feats, portrayal, and hype.

Yep.
In theory her ability is terrifying though.
Imagine someone like Sanji or Lucci being able to parrify their targets upon contact....Comparable to- or even worse than being frozen by Kuzan, it'd be a permanent debuff.

Oh, also I guess her bounty is helping her too.

Fair enough, but the Gorosei noted Marco AND the remnants of the WB pirates which would include the many powerful commanders + number advantage

It’s not a reach to say they could tango with another Yonko crew with Marco at the head

Gion and Tokikake became admiral candidates with their own merit. There’s a lot of hype that comes with that especially after what Greenbull pulled off

He said it himself. Admirals can’t go around losing to commander class fighters

If Gion and Tokikake were even considered for the admiral position they have to be over commanders

They’re around Zoro’s level rn imo. Above or below
