Luffy ≥ Mihawk ≥ or ≤ Kuzan > Dragon > Aramaki
Luffy, Mihawk & Kuzan are High Top Tiers for me. All 3 feel pretty close to me so outcome of fights will really depend on matchups.
Not really sure how to rank Dragon tbh and I'm not even sure we'll ever see him fight coz Sabo feels more relevant than he does atm tbh but considering his position, I reckon he's stronger than Aramaki
