The fact that he's had equal duels with Shanks in the past isn't enough for me to say he's as strong as an Emperor. On Marineford he has not defeated any significant opponents. Even his title as the strongest swordsman isn't enough for me as an argument, because he can't defeat an opponent like Jozu with his sword, who in turn could be stopped by Doflamingo. So it's not that simple. In an all-sword fight, he would probably defeat any opponent at this point, but not everyone fights with a sword, or only with a sword.
And yes, it's true that Dragon hasn't been seen combatively, but just the fact that he's above Sabo, who's about as strong as an admiral, suggests that Dragon has to be one of the strongest characters .

For the sake of not spamming this thread with Mihawk vs. Shanks stuff, I'm gonna ignore Shanks and only address everything else.
The WG gave Mihawk a 3.59B bounty. At the time, it was higher than 3 of the current Yonko and the second-highest active bounty in the verse.
This is all without mentioning the fact that Mihawk isn't even viewed as the leader of his own organization, and despite this, he still has a higher bounty than his perceived captain who himself is viewed as Yonko-level by the WG.
I also don't get why you're putting so much weight into MF events. It was obvious that all of the Shichibukai weren't actively trying to help the WG during the war; Mihawk to this day has never used a named attack. You're saying Mihawk "couldn't" defeat Jozu when he never even tried to do so lmao.
Also, if you want to use Sabo to hype up Dragon, then can't I just use Zoro to hype up Mihawk? KoH Zoro walked all over a first commander while not even being able to control his sword, not having a black blade, and not having any form of advanced CoO. There's no reason to think Zoro is close to Mihawk's level atm and yet he's strong enough to wipe out a first commander.

You should have told me that at the beginning of the event lmao...It's quite some effort I would have to put in and I feel like the further this event continues, the more people gonna lose interest, so in the end you would have only a little fraction still participating compared the current threads....I mean, if you like, you can continue my event- once top 1 is decided.
