Law and Kid's are the only ones inflated for sure (though I dont recall now every bounty, so maybe there are some other as well).

At the same time, Law's bounty is under appreciated because he should be 5b worth, Ope Ope, and the bounty should say "only alive".
In this category we have Robin's (it should be one of the highest), Revo commanders, Dragon (in case he is not top1), Kurohige, Luffy's last raise prets, Killer's current one, Marco, probably Jozu and Vista too though we dont know about it, Luffy's current one, Chopper, Chinjao, Weevil, Law's prets, SN postts overall, Ace, Dorry and Brogy, Mont d'OR and Bobbin.

I mean, that's his first bounty ever, while both Law and Kid have had multiple bounties beforehand. And anyway, depending on what has happened outside of Wano, BB probably has a higher bounty anyway.

Teach didn't defeated any Yonko. Kid and Law did.

Teach only defeated WB remainers which Marco probably had the biggest bounty and was only 1,3bi.

Teach has lower bounty but higher status since he is Yonko while Kid and Law aren't.
