It would be good, but unfortunately, Nika aside because it is an "inside divinity" in OP, as of now all confirmed Mythical zoans (the canon ones I mean) are related to eastern mythological creatures.
I hope this will change in the future, but as of now...

Stronger has a Pegasus mythical Zoan which is based on European mythology, Marcos fruit is largely based on the Phoenix from Greek mythology with its appearance being based on the fenghuang.
Pentagram summoning is also largely associated with Satanism which is Western. I don't get what the obsession with yokai is when most of them aren't considered demons.

Marcos powers are based on the Greek Phoenix due to the flames and the regeneration. Again the main power system of one piece is "devil fruits" which is from the Bible. Having European demons makes more sense than just having exclusively Asian ones.
Another thing is that most of those mythology zoans are from wano which is based on Japan. Of course they would have a huge Japanese theme

As far as I know vampires, they can't either, in the sense they cannot do it by sucking blood. Unless it's the blood loss, and that could easily be the same for a bat zoan.
