No. That isn't how the change your role trigger works. You just get to choose from the role list what you want, not give yourself an ability or whatnot.
I missed this post and I didn't see it. I'm guessing you triggered a negative word. I've only triggered a negative word once and it was when I said something negative. Avoid saying bad words or negative stuff this is what I think.
