Looks like the 8th Son already has a match if they're going to that giant teleporter above the Waterfall? I hope he isn't just used as a hype tool for the new Baam, Khun and Rak, but my instincts are telling me this is not too unlikely to happen. AA and Rak will most likely be relevant against the 8th Son too.
Also, confirmed that the Lyborick portal leads to the LPB stronghold as well. My headcanons for Adori or Gustang have pretty much disintegrated after this chapter lmao.
The Higher Being will not move for now, but someone else is expected to come through that portal in 20 minutes after he finishes his own affairs if I understood the dialogue right. Judging by Lyborick's reaction ("Then that means...", he seemed to be pretty agitated judging for the form of the bubble, maybe he didn't expect him to agree on coming?), it does look like it's a very important Lo Po Bia, but not the Family Leader (that should very likely be "The Higher Being" that won't move for the time being).

I think the "He" was referring to someone else. It doesn't make any sense to say that the Higher Being will be here soon after saying that he won't move at all for the time being. The "He" is likely talking about that person who'll come in 20 minutes.
Not that I disagree on the higher existence being a male. At this point, I would be extremely, extremely surprised if it's not the Lo Po Bia Family Head.

TN:"Reading party" it's something like, a person in question/'him' will first deal with their own personal interests, then they'll come and deal with the rest of the formal stuff.

The Higher Existence (most likely the Family Leader) won't move at all for the time being, so he can't be there soon. It's probably another person we don't know about (and judging by Lybo's reaction, he seems a bit agitated, it would seem to me this person is pretty important within the Family and Lyborick probably didn't fully expect him to come). If I had to take a guess it's either:

Important enough to make Lyborick feel a bit agitated when he heard he's going to show up soon (in 20 minutes?), maybe he didn't expect him to agree to come?

Great chapter, seems like the Family Head will finally appear.
I interpred the "Higher Being" as a only person who will arrive in 20 minutes. But He'll move after that.
Maschenny is a such interesting character, can't wait to see more from her.
I love how SIU did Baam defeats White, however now he just drop a quote like: "You're not strong or great enough to be on someone's side right now".
Btw, do you think Yasratcha x Yama will be finished in the next chapter or SIU will give focus to the Suspendium stuff?
