From what we know when it comes to an yonko the Captain's crew each gets a 300 million bounty increase not including chopper (who is view as a pet) even if they didn't do anything in particular. But this is a one time thing once you reach yonko status.
Nami: 66 million to 366 million
Brook:83 million to 383 million
Franky:94 million to 394 million
Ussop: 200 million to 500 million
See the pattern here and most of these four didn't do anything in particular. Now for the rest of the crew.
Nico Robin:130 million to 930 million minus the 300 increase is only 630 million.
Sanji: 330 million to 1,032 billion minus 300 increase is only 732 million.
Zoro's and jinbe's you get the idea. So basically their actual bounties are the one's without the 300 million increase.

not just the strawhats the other yonko crews as well. Jinbe stated before it was hard for bounties to increase after the 300 mil mark.

Actual I might as well do Zoro's and jinbe's as well it's only fair.
Zoro:320 million to 1,111 billion minus the 300 mil increase is actual 811 million
Jinbe:438 million to 1,100 billion minus the 300 mil increase is 800 million.

Mmm not really, since even in Dresrossa they had an increase of 50 million. That will mean that:

Nami: 66 million to 16 million
Brook:83 million to 33 million
Franky:94 million to 44 million
Ussop: 200 million to 30 million

Are we saying that, that should be their bounty since all their increases have been thanks to a group increase?

Dont think so, they have a bounty for their feats proven by the WG, hard to scale everyone as they should be, bounties are not exactly power levels, but survining the war is a huge feat. All of them are in range for veterans and it aint like the WG is seeing their fights as a referee.
