Well im just saying and Kakashi's sharingan was empowered with Mangekyou Sharingan and still couldnt break out from Tsukuyomi

A not trained MS/Sharingan. And it had half it's original power. You are stacking nerfs after nerfs; non uchiha user, Sharingan only in one eye, very limited usage of the sharingan, issues with chakra reserves, untrained eye and so on and so forth.

Well you have to admit Sasuke got caught up in Tsukuyomi for more then enough time, if its a user who got hit for the first time doesnt have a chance of breaking it

Kakashi hadn’t use MS and wasn’t aware of it. Neither was Itachi, he was surprised when Kakashi told him he had MS

This is like saying Sasuke’s base eyes were sharingan empowered before he first used the sharingan in pt 1

Kakashi was weaker in P1, and being a non-Uchiha, despite having a Sharingan, it's harder to break. It's easier if you're a pure-blood Uchiha or have Mangekyo.

That being said, there are definitely other Shinobi out there who could break out of Tsukuyomi if they are skilled enough with chakra control or have truly monstrous chakra reserves (im talking perfect Jinchuuriki and the Nagato's of the world). Genjutsu types have an easier time breaking it as well - the more of these attributes the better. Kakashi, while having great Chakra control, had very small reserves of Chakra and was not a Genjutsu type shinobi, so of course he was going to have a hard time with it.

This is one of the big weaknesses of Tsukuyomi. Itachi's unable to use anything other than Taijutsu when he has cast Tsukuyomi and it's active, so yeah he could have beat down Sasuke while he was in the Tsukuyomi. However, that's not gonna kill him/defeat him.

I think activating the curse mark agitated Sasuke chackra and allowed him to break free.Being a real bearer of the Sharigan allowed him to tank the effect better than Kakashi.
