Despite previous predictions, Twitter didn’t shut down and Elon Musk is still running it despite previous polls he made asking if he should step down (spoiler alert: they didn’t end in his favor!!!).
Well, guess what? The multi-billionaire is further paywalling the platform even more. Reminds me of Club Penguin.
I think people are forced to have Elon Musk show up in their Twitter feed unless they mute him as well?
No matter how bad Twitter gets, people will still use it because it’s one of the most popular platforms and the easiest choice. Convenience is what binds us all.
Haven’t heard anything about Mastodon in a while, so who knows what happened to that…
