That would mean that she would probably be capable to withstand a few Dressrosa G4 attacks if she protected herself with haki but Doffy did without if not mistaken so he was arguably even more impressive given he had no Dyno skin.

Ulti should not be that powerful

Even without ACoA Luffy's haki was quite powerful and she probably ranks about YC3.5 level although her dura is probably her most proficient stat right after her insane endurance given Maser Cannon destroyed some of her organs.

The coloured version just confirmed that what seemed to be armament haki, due to the fact that the manga is only in black and white, was actually Ulti's green dino skin.

This is Sanji hype because this is dino skin hype, and Queen is a much stronger dinosaur than Ulti.
