Before i start, i wanna point out that Oda is showing us Multiple Sides during this Egghead Arc, to the point someone might question if they were even Necessary:
First of all, Vegapunk is clearly at the Center of everything, He is Main Drive of this Current Arc (And that includes Sub-Plots outside Egghead too such as Lulusia Kingdom, Morgans/Vivi, Kuma in Red Line, Bakkin, Neo Mads ... etc)
However, even though He is being used as Main Plot Device, Oda didn't tease any Secret about him, instead the only Mystery being pushed since Arc started is "Why did He turn Kuma into a Robot"? Answering this Mystery is what will reveal Key Ending of this Arc

It's pretty obvious that Kuma's Transformation into a Robot was all done for the sake of this Reveal, it was only to lead to this moment where Kuma is climbing towards Mary Geoise to do something worthy of sacrificing his Life for!
In this Theory, i'm not gonna reveal my Arguments for some Reveals (You can call them Headcanon for now if you want, but i will Prove how i discovered them Later, even if they end up confirmed in Manga before i do), but i'm gonna use them to explain certain things
Kuma is from a Special Race/Tribe/Nation, regardless of their Unique Characteristics, i believe they are from God's Valley & their Main Mission was to Restore "Ancient Kingdom"! I'm not saying Kuma ever lived there for certain, but i'm simply explaining where his Tribe came from
(But tbh, that's most probably where He was captured & turned into a Slave at very Young Age)
When Arc started, we got Introduced to Iron Giant that is said to be from Void Century, specifically a Creation of Ancient Kingdom, and what's interesting is that 200 Years Ago, it behaved exactly like Kuma is doing now, it climbed Red Line & Attacked Mary Geoise but Unfortunately ran out of Energy before it's Purpose became clear
This Robot eventually ended up in Vega's Hands. Now when you think about it, it's pointless to leave such a Robot preserved unless Vega managed to extract something from it, otherwise We would have simply heard about it, no need to keep it (I'm talking from Oda's Perspective) & we have confirmation that Vega doesn't know it's Power Source, nor was it's Body dismantled to create something else, that leaves us with only one thing that could have been taken from it & that is it's Software, it's Program, it's Data
However, Vega also confirmed that Ancient Kingdom was way more Advanced than what we see on Egghead, so it's expected that Vega only managed to extract some of Robot's Data but He didn't have the means to read it, that's where Kuma comes in, as someone who comes from a Nation who kinda worshipped Ancient Kingdom, He & Vega somehow agreed to turn him into a Robot & insert that Data in him (Only Person who can be trusted with such Mission), believing that when the time is right, Kuma will behave exactly like that Iron Giant & fulfill it's Mission or at least discover what it was (This Part is flexible, Oda can write this Scenario & justify it however He likes & it depends on how that Iron Giant worked, Kuma's Backstory & his DF works, but the point is that Kuma was turned into a Robot for the sake of that Iron Giant's incomplete Mission)
Also, whether Vegapunk knew Kuma would behave exactly like Iron Giant or not is Unknown, the Point is that they wanted to discover it's Secrets & Mission. Sorry for Long Intro, but this is where things get little interesting

Based on what i explained above, it's safe to say that whatever triggered Iron Giant 200 Years Ago, happened again & it made Kuma target Mary Geoise. And Oda only gave us One Clue! What's common between Present Time & 200 Years ago is obviously a Levely, but not just any Levely, they are only ones that had Ryugu (Fishmen) Kingdom present
But what's interesting is that Kuma wasn't Triggered "During" Levely nor "Right After" it, meaning it's not Attendance of Fishmen in Levely or End of Levely that triggered these Robots, but something that happens a few Days after! Something triggered either by Ryugu Kingdom or Mary Geoise
We've seen that Fishmen done nothing so far, but WG on other hand, we've seen a Recent Major Incident & that was Destruction of Lulusia Kingdom! But again, Kuma wasn't triggered right after this Incident, it's suggested some time passed, so what exactly is the Trigger?!
The Answer was simply hidden on purpose by Oda, but when you connect all the dots, it all makes sense
What's important about Lulusia Kingdom? According to Gorosei, Sabo was simply Unlucky for being there
So if we assume He wasn't there, why would such an Insignificant Kingdom be Destroyed? or targeted by that Mysterious Weapon?
It's like Oda is telling us that it's not the Kingdom that is Important, but what happens after it's Destroyed
Which brings me to a question that i didn't find anyone mention before or at least majority didn't ask, who said that only Lulusia Kingdom was Targeted? If Imu needs to Destroy a Kingdom to Unleash something & this is what Triggered Kuma, then why didn't he React the Moment it was Destroyed? That's because this Trigger doesn't appear after "One Kingdom is Destroyed" but actually after Four!

Now hear me out, to find Laugh Tale, you need Four Road Poneglyphs which lead to Four Different Locations
Meaning: Discovering Four Locations ---> Reveals Fifth Location where One Piece is Hidden
And Many Fans noticed that WG's Flag resembles this, since it shows Four Circles & One at the Middle (As if it always teased One Piece & Four Road Poneglyphs) But you're forgetting that WG has it's own National Treasure & according to Doflamingo, it's Reveal would Shake entire World (As if He is comparing it to One Piece). I might even say that just like Pirates got One Piece, WG got their own Anti-One Piece!
And just like this Treasure represents "Opposite" of One Piece (At least in Purpose), the conditions for finding it are also Reversed!
Meaning that instead of Discovering Four Locations, you actually Destroy Four!
And this makes total sense, cuz when Gorosei went to meet Imu, they asked him "Which Light should be Extinguished", indicating that it's the Purpose of Imu, She/He have access to National Treasure of Mary Geoise through Destruction of Four Islands & Gorosei simply cover it up & make sure everything goes smoothly
This also explains what triggered Kuma, He didn't react to Destruction of Lulusia Kingdom since He got no means of sensing such thing, and it was only First Kingdom to be destroyed, without us knowing, that Weapon was moving towards Three more Targets & after they all got Destroyed (Or whatever happened to them), Fifth Location appeared or opened up & that is what truly triggered Kuma (It's possible that this Fifth Location is in Mary Geoise)

So what is this National Treasure?!
Well, just like Method to find it is opposite of One Piece, it's Nature is also opposite
But you might say, wait Salah, we aren't sure what One Piece is so how can we guess what National Treasure is?
We simply don't need to know what One Piece is, we just know it's there in Laugh Tale, but what we do know is that you need a Certain Someone to Unleash it (Luffy obviously)
What i'm trying to say is that we know Luffy is the one made to Unleash One Piece Treasure, it's just that the Story is about him finding that Treasure. In Mary Geoise case, it's actually complete opposite, they already have their National Treasure, it's the One who can Unleash it that is needed
In other words, Pirates have their Champion (Luffy) & they need to find The Treasure (One Piece)
But World Government have The Treasure & they need to find their Champion (Anti-Luffy or should i say, Final Villain)!
However, just like Four Road Poneglyphs reveal Location of where you can Activate One Piece
WG destroying those Four Kingdoms will open up the Location where they can Summon their Champion
Meaning that they still have to fulfill certain conditions for such Villain to be Summoned
Thanks to Law, we know what Celestial Dragons did in the Past!
He told Doflamingo: "D. will bring another Storm"
Notice how He added "Another", indicating that a Storm already exists but D. will bring a Different One
To which Doflamingo really got pissed at hearing
Luckily, Oda already revealed who is this Ancient Storm and conveniently it was revealed during Fishmen Island Arc
Pappug (That Starfish guy) revealed that Flying Dutchmen once belonged to Vander Decken (The First) & Legends says that He once went crazy & started throwing his Crewmates off the ship "During a Very Stormy Night", which invoked the wrath of "God" (Who was Drawn as The Storm itself) & He was cursed to Forever wander the Seas! And then Pappug explained that Legends tend to get Exaggerated so it's Debatable which parts are True & which are False
But the Hints are very clear & it's obvious what happened:
1. Vander Decken didn't Invoke Wrath of God, He actually Summoned him by performing that Sacrifice
2. This God didn't just appear during a Stormy Night, He is the one who Unleashed it, He is The Storm hinted at by Law's Words
3. Vander Decken wasn't Cursed to wander Seas forever, It was actually what He wanted as He served this God

So as i just explained, this God requires Sacrifice (Which adds up to the reveal that Location of his Return can only be accessed by Sacrificing Four Kingdoms). And apparently multiple Sacrifices need to be made for this God to be Summoned, how many? It's 20!
The same number of Celestial Dragons Families, why? Cuz that's why Imu was holding Picture of Vivi
Vivi have nothing Special except being a Celestial Dragon, however She comes from only Family that refused to live in Mary Geoise
So Imu targeting her is no different than targeting any Celestial Dragon, only if they actually need One Sacrifice from each Family & Nefertari were the Missing Ones. This also explains why Cobra got targeted instead after Vivi escaped (Most probably, Wapol went to talk with Vivi since He might still hold a grudge against her Father & end up saving her from an Assassin which made him a dangerous witness & hence why He escaped with her)
But as i just said, unfortunately even though Vivi escaped, WG still got Cobra, meaning their Plan is still on track, now before i talk about what's gonna happen, let me remind you of everything i just explained:

However, i'm not done yet, i will still explain your biggest questions about this
Why are Celestial Dragons needed for return of this God & what does it have to do with Fishmen & Vander Decken
First of all, remember that Imu also had Picture of Shirahoshi, but She wasn't targeted at all, neither during Levely nor after
That's because the Person who will go after her isn't here yet & during Fishmen Island, we were shown who that Person is
It's a Straw Hat wearing Person
Most Fans thought that Luffy is gonna destroy Fishmen Island as part of OP Project, but that's not the case
Cuz there is now a Second Straw Hat which conveniently is in possession of World Government
So it makes sense that with return of their God, Vander Decken would also return
Who is Vander Decken? He is the Pirate who searched for First Poseidon, but unfortunately failed to find her
But as i said, Vander Decken's Legends aren't really Accurate
The reason He failed is because Poseidon Died, and it's also why Joy Boy needed to leave his Apology in a Poneglyph, cuz it's made for Future Poseidon, indicating that Old One wasn't Alive to hear his Apology, and just like Otohime confirmed, it has always been known that Poseidon would return one day & gets revived inside a Mermaid Princess
So imagine if Vander Decken was Obsessed with Poseidon & She died before He got to her & He learned that one day She would return?
He would obviously want to return in the Future when She is back, hence why Legends say "God cursed him with Eternity on Sea"
Meaning Vander Decken found a way to remain in World of Living & get Awakened when Poseidon is once again available for the taking
In other words, Imu had Shirahoshi's Picture (Not torn, meaning it needs to be shown to someone) & also a Straw Hat cuz She/He is awaiting Vander Decken's Return, who will wear that Straw Hat & Attack Fishmen Island (This also indicates that WG Side are also aware of certain Prophecies, this explains why such Project waited so long)
Just like One Piece can only be Activated in Present Time, WG's God also needs to return in this time (Most probably cuz his Goal is also related to One Piece, but using it in an Evil Way), meaning WG know that only when Fishmen join them (Participate in Levely) will it be time for their Project, that's why they had an attempt 200 Years Ago (However it ended up not being the Promised Time, hence why they somehow Failed), so they simply waited for the next time Fishmen attend Levely & this time it's the Promised Time indeed

Secondly, why Celestial Dragons specifically are needed to bring their God?
For starters, i wanna mention that this explains why CDs are living such Luxurious Life & heavily Protected, it's cuz their Bloodline must be preserved for return of their God, they are like Sheeps waiting to be slaughtered & only needed to make sure their God can return
Now for answer to Why, have you ever asked the question, why Only 20 Kingdoms were giving the pass to rule this World?
Obvious Answer is cuz they had Power to do so & no other Kingdom was able to challenge their Claim for Rulership, but still, why only 20 Kingdoms got their hands on this Power?
This means that before they acquired this Power, when they were simply 20 Royal Families or 20 Warriors like thousands of others around the World, they made a certain choice which made them stand above the rest, do you know why i said "Stand Above Rest"? Cuz it's the exact same words used to describe "Haoshoku Haki Users"!
I'm not saying CDs are CoC Users, but i'm saying that 20 Original Kings who created World Government were CoC Users! That's why they stood out from rest of Kings & no one challenged their Claim for Power, they were simply Strongest (Especially if most probably, DFs didn't exist at the time, cuz oldest DFs we know of existed 'After" Void Century)
But how did they acquire CoC? Now if you look at current CoC Users, there is a certain Treat that is clearly Highlighted among all of them!
They are "Protectors", they are "Guardians"
Hancock was Introduced as Guardian of Kuja
Chinjao was Introduced as Guardian of Mountain of Gold
Katakuri was Introduced as his Family's Protector
Literally Oda Highlighted their Will to Protect in their Backstories more than anything else
And the same applies to other Users, whether it's Ace or Luffy/Zoro or Roger/Shanks or WB ... etc
They are always Portrayed as Guardians or Protectors or have a Treasure they want to Protect at all costs (Among other Treats)
However, you might say, but there are Hundreds of Characters who also share similar sense of fighting to protect & guard, they are also Courageous & have Strong Wills. So why only these Characters? It's because they resemble 20 Ancient Kings the Most
In other words, all those 20 Ancient Kings showed Courage & Will to Fight & Protect like no other, they were Bravest Warriors
And each did it for different reasons, one for his Family, one for Kuja, one for Gold, one for his Allies ... etc
So after they acquired CoC, it manifested strongly through that Will to protect what they Treasured
This is why CoC is Inherited by those who resemble them most, People who have Hearts that Treasure the same things that those Ancient 20 Kings Treasured & with same Strong Will & Dedication (For example, you might think Chinjao having CoC is weird when many Stronger Top Tiers don't, but that's why Oda showed you his Backstory, his Will to Protect that Gold was so Great, hence why He was fated to Inherit CoC of Ancient King who had similar Heart/Will, and it's also same reason Oda showed us Katakuri Backstory where He wanted to protect his Family & mostly his Sister at all costs). And you can go check Users of CoC if you want, they are never more than 20 at same time, cuz Maximum Number is always 20
But how did those 20 Kings originally acquired it? As i said, they all Treasured different things, but what's common between them is that they actually needed to protect those Treasures & ended up all gaining same Power, meaning there was something Endangering them & everything they value, so they Teamed-Up to oppose it, and since only 20 done such thing, it means this Enemy was so Powerful that only 20 from entire World dared fight
Which brings me to Second Treat of CoC Users, they "Oppose God"
And Oda keeps hinting at it, not with every User, but with Most
Luffy, Yamato & Sengoku have DFs named after Gods, it's as if they claim Godhood
Doflamingo Unlocked CoC after He completely accepted that He is a Fallen God, but unlike Rosinante & their Parents, Doflamingo still saw himself as a God & above others. Zoro is Asura (Anti-God) & He keeps saying that He opposes God (He is an Atheist)
Roger & Shanks Signature Move (Divine Departure) means something like Death of God ... etc
I mean look at them, we have Heavenly Yaksha, Azura Dragon & Wise King, Asura, Sun God, Buddha, Big Mouthed God ... etc
Even Chinjao is Designed based on One of Seven God of Fortune from Japanese Folklore
So i'm not saying anyone with Divine/Godly Reference is a CoC User, but every CoC User have some kind of Divine Reference
Indicating that they represent Individuals who Challenge God & his Godhood
So those 20 Ancient Kings act of Courage was against a God, and as i explained above, it's none other than Final Villain & Vander Decken's God. That's Biggest Foe & whole World feared him except 20 who refused to submit to him for the sake of their Treasures (Which is one of Main Themes of Story; It was even Foreshadowed in Buggy Arc, when He said "If you're Pirate King then i'm God" & Buggy sent Mohji before that, who ended up destroying Chouchou's Pet Store (Which was his Treasure) & that was first time Oda tried to explain importance of Treasure, Oda hinted that the Main Villain is a God & Strongest Rebels are those who would fight no matter what for the sake of their Treasures)
But this has Huge Implication, if Defeating that God is what led to those 20 Acquiring CoC, that means it was taken from him!!
And this makes "Perfect Sense", because if He represents Earth's God & CoC is Power to stand above rest (Literally forcing others to submit just with your Presence) then it's a Divine Power, this God is Origin of CoC, no one had it during his Time cuz it's his Natural Ability, but after his Defeat (Somehow), those 20 Brave Warriors all inherited that CoC which allowed them to form an Alliance & become Rulers of the World & no one can oppose them or ask to join them, cuz they were Strongest & they were Special
One of them was Nefertari & this explains why He initially was with them & was considered among 20 Founding Kings, but He chose not to live in Mary Geoise because He believed that his Power came from their Enemy & He won't use it to Rule (So over time, Mary Geoise started considering Nefertari Family as Traitors)

However, you might ask again, if those 20 Kings are needed to bring back this God, wouldn't that mean that they should sacrifice Current CoC Users instead? It's true that Celestial Dragons didn't inherit their CoC (Possibly due to them abandoning the ways their Fathers used to live & becoming very Weak) but they still inherit the bodies that originally housed such Power
Oda even showcased this using some CoC Users we know of
Weevil Inherited WB's Strength
It's said that Momo Inherited Oden's Body
Luffy clearly Inherited Dragon's Body
Kaidou & Yamato, Big Mom & some of her Children, Roger & Ace
Even Chinjao have Sai who Inherited his Strength ... etc
So Genetically, it's possible that Imu can bring back that God by Sacrificing 20 Celestial Dragons
(PS: This isn't considered Revival of Dead cuz this God is much more complicated than you think, He ain't just some Powerful Character, He does have a Backstory & One Piece Treasure is indeed related to him, but just to give a Hint for now, He originated from Land of Gods & no, it's not Kingdom of Lunarians, but they are also related)
But wait a second, if Ancestors of CDs fought this God, why would they want to bring him back?
Well, who said they do? Imu & Vander Decken (And certain others) are only using Celestial Dragons (It's basically similar to how Madara/Obito lied to Nagato & Akatsuki)
And it's related to those Double-Layered Eyes that Imu has
And that's why this God needed Vander Decken as his Subordinate, He is the one who still roams the Seas & Planning to bring him back (And Imu is simply doing it on orders of Vander Decken, basically the Story's Devil). Oda is a Huge Fan of Dragon Ball, so think of Vander Decken as King Piccolo & Double-Layered Eyed People as his Demon Clan.
(In Decken's Case, they are his Crew)
In other words, Mihawk, Cavendish & Imu are Hosts to Vander Decken's Crew (And many other Characters)
For example, that means Hakuba is Name of One of Flying Dutchmen Crew Pirates (Double Layered Eyes indicate when Both Wills are Fused)
And this is also why Mihawk was gonna get Epithet of Clairvoyant (It's because Vander Decken can see through those Eyes, similar to how Nagato can see through his Paths)
Crocodile is another Host of One of Vander Decken's Crew Members (He isn't Awakened yet though)
And it's not coincidence that Cross Guild created by Mihawk/Crocodile looks similar to Flying Dutchmen's Figurehead!
And if you look at only Panel showing Vander Decken, you will notice Oda made sure to give him a Sword & his Pirate Flag has Swords clearly enforcing idea that it's a Crew of Swordsmen/Knights (PS: I don't post Pictures/Panels, but you can check in Wikia)

Anyway, i don't expect you to grasp the idea of everything i mentioned here, cuz i'm leaving out so many details & so many hints, however you should understand that "Vander Decken" is at the Center of Every Sub-Plot going on so far & His Reveal is extremely close
I explained to you how his Introduction + Final Villain (WG's God) is Highlight of this Arc. And it makes sense that as First Arc of Final Saga, it will End by introducing Endgame Villains (Think of them as Moria, Absalom & Zombie Generals, while Blackbeard is their Oars)
And i showed you how they are related to Mary Geoise National Treasure, Imu's Introduction, Cross Guild, Vivi/Cobra's Assassination, Kuma's Backstory, Iron Giant, Lulusia Kingdom Destruction, Imu's Straw Hat, Shirahoshi's Picture & Involvement of Ryugu Kingdom, God's Valley Incident (Which involved Bakkin), Lands of Gods ... etc
So now you understand why Oda is showing all of these Sub-Plots & Characters at same time, it's cuz they are all Linked & Egghead Incident is The Final Reveal. However, there are two more things i wanna mention:
If Vander Decken's Crew are living inside Humans waiting to be Awakened, what about Vander Decken himself?
Well, He also is inside Someone waiting to Return thanks to Imu
Someone who due to Vander Decken existing inside him, his Appearance changed drastically to resemble the Devil himself
It's none other than Gecko Moria! (Oda even hinted at it by giving him a Scar that makes his Face look like a Mask, as if Oda is telling us there is Someone else inside)
Is there any Hint that Gecko Moria is hiding the Devil inside him? Actually Yes
Which brings us to Last Sub-Plot not explored yet, & that's Fujitora's Mission
Fujitora really hated Warlord System, but something doesn't add up
We've seen Fujitora interact with Doflamingo & Law
And we've seen that after Warlord System got Abolished, Fujitora didn't go after Mihawk or Weevil or Kuma or Buggy or Hancock !!
And He obviously didn't look for Jinbe during TS
This leaves us with only Blackbeard, Moria & Crocodile
Blackbeard & Crocodile are both part of Yonko, it's impossible that Fujitora went after them since as Akainu said, Permission is needed
And Weeks have passed & there are No News about Fujitora (Including from Marines Side) which means Fujitora isn't involved in any Major War. He clearly only went after a Non-Yonko Pirate, leaving us with only Moria (Only Warlord whose Backstory was never shown or teased)
In other words, Fujitora hates Warlord System because of Gecko Moria & something He witnessed about him
And when you think about it, it makes total sense:
1. Right after Levely Ended, Fujitora set sail with an Army, clearly to Capture someone, but we've confirmed that it's none of Five Warlords recently Removed from their Position, but that means his Target wasn't protected by Warlord System, then why didn't he went after him before? That's because his Whereabouts were Unknown! Oda made us think that Fujitora is going after one of Five Warlords but we forgot that Moria was also confirmed Alive & Seen during Levely, explaining not only why Fujitora set a Destination after Levely ended but also why He never went after him before (And even before TS, Moria was hiding in Florian Triangle, so Fujitora had no means of finding him)
2. Doflamingo was given orders to Assassinate Moria & He said he received Orders from someone above Sengoku (Meaning Mary Geoise), but most Fans assumed it's Gorosei or Imu, but now it's all clear that it was someone who secretly opposes Imu & wanted to ruin their Plans by killing Moria (Thinking He would get rid of Vander Decken or at least delay his Return), that's why Moria was targeted by Doflamingo & not an Admiral or CP, it's also why He was targeted during MF & not right after his Defeat against Luffy (For example, Kuma was literally sent to get rid of SHs in case Moria lost, but they didn't order him to kill the Defeated Moria), so it's most likely that Oda tricked us into thinking Moria was targeted by Imu, when in fact, Imu needs him (Oda does this a lot tbh, He wants his Story Unpredictable)
3. As i just explained, Vander Decken is Story's Devil & his Existence should be something Scary for entire World, and since He is reason Fujitora hates Warlord System & Moria, wouldn't it make sense that Reason Fujitora blinded himself is cuz "He saw The Devil", it really connects the dots tbh
Where was Moria last seen? With BB Pirates
Did a BB Pirates Ship arrive at Egghead? Yupp, now you can have a guess on who's on board

Now for last thing i wanna mention, i recently talked about how Post-TS Zoro is copying Mihawk's Feats/Highlight Moments from Pre-TS, and i noticed how this Arc, He was woken from sleep & there is a Fleet surrounding Egghead (Which matches Scenario of Mihawk vs Krieg's Fleet)
I'm not saying Zoro gonna fight Kizaru or Saturn or entire Fleet, but logically, the entire Fleet can't enter Egghead all at once & for Saturn's Safety, He won't enter first, nor will Kizaru obviously, so they will send few Ships (Let's say 10) to make their first move & that's when Zoro does Mihawk's Feat by fighting them himself
Why am i mentioning this? It's cuz Krieg's Fleet vs Mihawk was Interrupted by a "Storm"!!
So it's possible that Zoro vs Few Marine Ships will be also Interrupted by a Storm or shall i say "Final Villain" himself & also Vander Decken's God
And there is actually a Hint for it, Oda highlighted the Storm mentioned in Krieg Pirates Flashback by naming Chapter 49 "Storm" & that's when Mihawk Arrived at Baratie! That was first time Oda hinted at "Storm" indicating a Character's Arrival/Introduction (Actually, Law saying D. will bring another Storm could also refer to Dragon defeating World Government/Final Villain thanks to 2nd Storm He brought, his Son Luffy)
You know what's also interesting about Chapter 49? and why it heavily Hints at Egghead Incident?
Both Chapter 49 & Egghead Incident are only Events in Story that were Teased by Author himself shortly before they happened
We had Oda tease Future Events such as after Ace vs BB or when Grand Fleet was Formed ... etc
But this time with Egghead Incident, He said it's gonna happen "Day After", so He ain't teasing a Future Arc, He is teasing a Future Reveal in this same Arc. Which is exactly what happened in Baratie, but you might say, wait, Narrator never spoke during Baratie Arc?
True, but that's cuz you only looked at Narrator Box, we have another Narrator Words & they are Chapter Titles
Few Chapters before Chapter 49, Oda released Chapter 45 Titled "Before The Storm"! (A Title that didn't make sense at all at the time)
In other words, Oda used Chapter Title to tease a Future Incident in Baratie & then Chapter 49 was Titled "Storm" to reveal to us that this is it
(And this Storm didn't involve Danger posed by Krieg Pirates at all, meaning don't expect Egghead Incident to be Triggered by Saturn's Fleet or Vega's Side)
Oda already released his "Before The Storm Chapter" and it was Chapter 1078 when Narrator explained that Egghead Incident is gonna happen next day. Meaning that few Chapters later, we will witness this Incident & just like Baratie, it's gonna be a Stormy Introduction, but this time it's Literally a Character who brings Storms!
Chapter 1078 is in Middle of Current Volume, so expect this Stormy Introduction to happen in Last Three Chapters of this Volume (Between 1083 & 1086). And it's interesting to note that Chapter between 983 & 986 include Titles such "Thunder", "My Bible", "My Name", "New Onigashima Project" so any of them could have been another Foreshadowing
Anyway, sorry for Long Theory, i know it's not well organized, i honestly left out so many details, and i only wanted to give general idea about Vander Decken & Final Villain, there is still much much more i wanna mention about them (My True Analysis Project is still coming after Egghead Arc & i have yet to reveal my True Discoveries, what i mention here are mostly the parts i'm not 100% certain about & only wanna tease in case they get revealed soon. My True Analysis is about entire One Piece Lore, this one is just a small debatable part but with a good chance of being true. Once we get even closer to this Reveal, i will post an explanation of how Revos play a part in all this & what is WG Plan)

First of all, Vegapunk is clearly at the Center of everything, He is Main Drive of this Current Arc (And that includes Sub-Plots outside Egghead too such as Lulusia Kingdom, Morgans/Vivi, Kuma in Red Line, Bakkin, Neo Mads ... etc)
However, even though He is being used as Main Plot Device, Oda didn't tease any Secret about him, instead the only Mystery being pushed since Arc started is "Why did He turn Kuma into a Robot"? Answering this Mystery is what will reveal Key Ending of this Arc

It's pretty obvious that Kuma's Transformation into a Robot was all done for the sake of this Reveal, it was only to lead to this moment where Kuma is climbing towards Mary Geoise to do something worthy of sacrificing his Life for!
In this Theory, i'm not gonna reveal my Arguments for some Reveals (You can call them Headcanon for now if you want, but i will Prove how i discovered them Later, even if they end up confirmed in Manga before i do), but i'm gonna use them to explain certain things
Kuma is from a Special Race/Tribe/Nation, regardless of their Unique Characteristics, i believe they are from God's Valley & their Main Mission was to Restore "Ancient Kingdom"! I'm not saying Kuma ever lived there for certain, but i'm simply explaining where his Tribe came from
(But tbh, that's most probably where He was captured & turned into a Slave at very Young Age)
When Arc started, we got Introduced to Iron Giant that is said to be from Void Century, specifically a Creation of Ancient Kingdom, and what's interesting is that 200 Years Ago, it behaved exactly like Kuma is doing now, it climbed Red Line & Attacked Mary Geoise but Unfortunately ran out of Energy before it's Purpose became clear
This Robot eventually ended up in Vega's Hands. Now when you think about it, it's pointless to leave such a Robot preserved unless Vega managed to extract something from it, otherwise We would have simply heard about it, no need to keep it (I'm talking from Oda's Perspective) & we have confirmation that Vega doesn't know it's Power Source, nor was it's Body dismantled to create something else, that leaves us with only one thing that could have been taken from it & that is it's Software, it's Program, it's Data
However, Vega also confirmed that Ancient Kingdom was way more Advanced than what we see on Egghead, so it's expected that Vega only managed to extract some of Robot's Data but He didn't have the means to read it, that's where Kuma comes in, as someone who comes from a Nation who kinda worshipped Ancient Kingdom, He & Vega somehow agreed to turn him into a Robot & insert that Data in him (Only Person who can be trusted with such Mission), believing that when the time is right, Kuma will behave exactly like that Iron Giant & fulfill it's Mission or at least discover what it was (This Part is flexible, Oda can write this Scenario & justify it however He likes & it depends on how that Iron Giant worked, Kuma's Backstory & his DF works, but the point is that Kuma was turned into a Robot for the sake of that Iron Giant's incomplete Mission)
Also, whether Vegapunk knew Kuma would behave exactly like Iron Giant or not is Unknown, the Point is that they wanted to discover it's Secrets & Mission. Sorry for Long Intro, but this is where things get little interesting

Based on what i explained above, it's safe to say that whatever triggered Iron Giant 200 Years Ago, happened again & it made Kuma target Mary Geoise. And Oda only gave us One Clue! What's common between Present Time & 200 Years ago is obviously a Levely, but not just any Levely, they are only ones that had Ryugu (Fishmen) Kingdom present
But what's interesting is that Kuma wasn't Triggered "During" Levely nor "Right After" it, meaning it's not Attendance of Fishmen in Levely or End of Levely that triggered these Robots, but something that happens a few Days after! Something triggered either by Ryugu Kingdom or Mary Geoise
We've seen that Fishmen done nothing so far, but WG on other hand, we've seen a Recent Major Incident & that was Destruction of Lulusia Kingdom! But again, Kuma wasn't triggered right after this Incident, it's suggested some time passed, so what exactly is the Trigger?!
The Answer was simply hidden on purpose by Oda, but when you connect all the dots, it all makes sense
What's important about Lulusia Kingdom? According to Gorosei, Sabo was simply Unlucky for being there
So if we assume He wasn't there, why would such an Insignificant Kingdom be Destroyed? or targeted by that Mysterious Weapon?
It's like Oda is telling us that it's not the Kingdom that is Important, but what happens after it's Destroyed
Which brings me to a question that i didn't find anyone mention before or at least majority didn't ask, who said that only Lulusia Kingdom was Targeted? If Imu needs to Destroy a Kingdom to Unleash something & this is what Triggered Kuma, then why didn't he React the Moment it was Destroyed? That's because this Trigger doesn't appear after "One Kingdom is Destroyed" but actually after Four!

Now hear me out, to find Laugh Tale, you need Four Road Poneglyphs which lead to Four Different Locations
Meaning: Discovering Four Locations ---> Reveals Fifth Location where One Piece is Hidden
And Many Fans noticed that WG's Flag resembles this, since it shows Four Circles & One at the Middle (As if it always teased One Piece & Four Road Poneglyphs) But you're forgetting that WG has it's own National Treasure & according to Doflamingo, it's Reveal would Shake entire World (As if He is comparing it to One Piece). I might even say that just like Pirates got One Piece, WG got their own Anti-One Piece!
And just like this Treasure represents "Opposite" of One Piece (At least in Purpose), the conditions for finding it are also Reversed!
Meaning that instead of Discovering Four Locations, you actually Destroy Four!
And this makes total sense, cuz when Gorosei went to meet Imu, they asked him "Which Light should be Extinguished", indicating that it's the Purpose of Imu, She/He have access to National Treasure of Mary Geoise through Destruction of Four Islands & Gorosei simply cover it up & make sure everything goes smoothly
This also explains what triggered Kuma, He didn't react to Destruction of Lulusia Kingdom since He got no means of sensing such thing, and it was only First Kingdom to be destroyed, without us knowing, that Weapon was moving towards Three more Targets & after they all got Destroyed (Or whatever happened to them), Fifth Location appeared or opened up & that is what truly triggered Kuma (It's possible that this Fifth Location is in Mary Geoise)

So what is this National Treasure?!
Well, just like Method to find it is opposite of One Piece, it's Nature is also opposite
But you might say, wait Salah, we aren't sure what One Piece is so how can we guess what National Treasure is?
We simply don't need to know what One Piece is, we just know it's there in Laugh Tale, but what we do know is that you need a Certain Someone to Unleash it (Luffy obviously)
What i'm trying to say is that we know Luffy is the one made to Unleash One Piece Treasure, it's just that the Story is about him finding that Treasure. In Mary Geoise case, it's actually complete opposite, they already have their National Treasure, it's the One who can Unleash it that is needed
In other words, Pirates have their Champion (Luffy) & they need to find The Treasure (One Piece)
But World Government have The Treasure & they need to find their Champion (Anti-Luffy or should i say, Final Villain)!
However, just like Four Road Poneglyphs reveal Location of where you can Activate One Piece
WG destroying those Four Kingdoms will open up the Location where they can Summon their Champion
Meaning that they still have to fulfill certain conditions for such Villain to be Summoned
Thanks to Law, we know what Celestial Dragons did in the Past!
He told Doflamingo: "D. will bring another Storm"
Notice how He added "Another", indicating that a Storm already exists but D. will bring a Different One
To which Doflamingo really got pissed at hearing
Luckily, Oda already revealed who is this Ancient Storm and conveniently it was revealed during Fishmen Island Arc
Pappug (That Starfish guy) revealed that Flying Dutchmen once belonged to Vander Decken (The First) & Legends says that He once went crazy & started throwing his Crewmates off the ship "During a Very Stormy Night", which invoked the wrath of "God" (Who was Drawn as The Storm itself) & He was cursed to Forever wander the Seas! And then Pappug explained that Legends tend to get Exaggerated so it's Debatable which parts are True & which are False
But the Hints are very clear & it's obvious what happened:
1. Vander Decken didn't Invoke Wrath of God, He actually Summoned him by performing that Sacrifice
2. This God didn't just appear during a Stormy Night, He is the one who Unleashed it, He is The Storm hinted at by Law's Words
3. Vander Decken wasn't Cursed to wander Seas forever, It was actually what He wanted as He served this God

So as i just explained, this God requires Sacrifice (Which adds up to the reveal that Location of his Return can only be accessed by Sacrificing Four Kingdoms). And apparently multiple Sacrifices need to be made for this God to be Summoned, how many? It's 20!
The same number of Celestial Dragons Families, why? Cuz that's why Imu was holding Picture of Vivi
Vivi have nothing Special except being a Celestial Dragon, however She comes from only Family that refused to live in Mary Geoise
So Imu targeting her is no different than targeting any Celestial Dragon, only if they actually need One Sacrifice from each Family & Nefertari were the Missing Ones. This also explains why Cobra got targeted instead after Vivi escaped (Most probably, Wapol went to talk with Vivi since He might still hold a grudge against her Father & end up saving her from an Assassin which made him a dangerous witness & hence why He escaped with her)
But as i just said, unfortunately even though Vivi escaped, WG still got Cobra, meaning their Plan is still on track, now before i talk about what's gonna happen, let me remind you of everything i just explained:
- Just like OP Project requires a Treasure & a Person to Unleash it, WG also got their own Project which requires their Treasure & a Person
- OP Treasure is Hidden but it's Rightful Owner (Luffy) is Available, while WG Treasure is Available to them but it's Rightful Owner is Hidden
- Location of OP Treasure is revealed by Discovering Four Islands, while WG's God Location is revealed by Destroying Four Islands
- Flag of World Government is Reference to their God or Project or National Treasure in General, not One Piece or Road Poneglyphs
- Once Location of where this God can be Summoned is Revealed, a Sacrifice of 20 Celestial Dragons is needed (One from each Family)
- That's why Imu gave order to Capture Vivi, but due to Unexpected Help of Wapol, Vivi Escaped, so WG captured Cobra instead
- It's also worth mentioning that Road Poneglyphs is required for Laugh Tale, but it's Unknown how Imu picks the Four Kingdoms
- Kuma's Tribe are from God's Valley & their Purpose was to restore Ancient Kingdom (Which according to Clover, their Enemy were CDs)
- This means Ancient Kingdom were Enemies of this WG's God, so it makes sense that they would try to build what Counters him
- Iron Giant was created by Ancient Kingdom, so it's expected that He would be Programmed to oppose WG's Plans or that God
- That means this Iron Giant was Programmed to react to Massive Energy created after WG destroys Four Islands/Kingdoms
- Incident 200 Years Ago is still a Mystery, we don't have enough Info to guess how it went, but i'd assume that WG's Plans got Delayed
- Vegapunk got his hands on this Iron Giant & wasn't able to discover it's Secrets, but He managed to extract some of it's Data
- Somehow, Vega & Kuma ended up agreeing on turning Kuma into a Robot & insert that Data inside him (So that Will of Ancient Kingdom lives on through him)
- In Present Time, WG Re-Started their Project once again & Imu picked Four Targets to Destroy and among them was Lulusia Kingdom
- However, some time after, Kuma ended up reacting to something & started to climb towards Mary Geoise just like Iron Giant once did
- Indicating that WG already destroyed Four Kingdoms since Levely ended (Which took them few Weeks, probably due Weapon moving)
- So, Kuma simply sensed the Energy that indicates WG's God is almost Summoned
- So far, we've showcased why Oda needed to show Egghead Events, Kuma Sub-Plot, His Backstory, Vivi Sub-Plot, Lulusia Kingdom ... etc
- WG's God is same God mentioned in Vander Decken's Legend & also Hinted at by Law's Words "D. will bring Another Storm" indicating that WG have their Version of Storm

However, i'm not done yet, i will still explain your biggest questions about this
Why are Celestial Dragons needed for return of this God & what does it have to do with Fishmen & Vander Decken
First of all, remember that Imu also had Picture of Shirahoshi, but She wasn't targeted at all, neither during Levely nor after
That's because the Person who will go after her isn't here yet & during Fishmen Island, we were shown who that Person is
It's a Straw Hat wearing Person
Most Fans thought that Luffy is gonna destroy Fishmen Island as part of OP Project, but that's not the case
Cuz there is now a Second Straw Hat which conveniently is in possession of World Government
So it makes sense that with return of their God, Vander Decken would also return
Who is Vander Decken? He is the Pirate who searched for First Poseidon, but unfortunately failed to find her
But as i said, Vander Decken's Legends aren't really Accurate
The reason He failed is because Poseidon Died, and it's also why Joy Boy needed to leave his Apology in a Poneglyph, cuz it's made for Future Poseidon, indicating that Old One wasn't Alive to hear his Apology, and just like Otohime confirmed, it has always been known that Poseidon would return one day & gets revived inside a Mermaid Princess
So imagine if Vander Decken was Obsessed with Poseidon & She died before He got to her & He learned that one day She would return?
He would obviously want to return in the Future when She is back, hence why Legends say "God cursed him with Eternity on Sea"
Meaning Vander Decken found a way to remain in World of Living & get Awakened when Poseidon is once again available for the taking
In other words, Imu had Shirahoshi's Picture (Not torn, meaning it needs to be shown to someone) & also a Straw Hat cuz She/He is awaiting Vander Decken's Return, who will wear that Straw Hat & Attack Fishmen Island (This also indicates that WG Side are also aware of certain Prophecies, this explains why such Project waited so long)
Just like One Piece can only be Activated in Present Time, WG's God also needs to return in this time (Most probably cuz his Goal is also related to One Piece, but using it in an Evil Way), meaning WG know that only when Fishmen join them (Participate in Levely) will it be time for their Project, that's why they had an attempt 200 Years Ago (However it ended up not being the Promised Time, hence why they somehow Failed), so they simply waited for the next time Fishmen attend Levely & this time it's the Promised Time indeed

Secondly, why Celestial Dragons specifically are needed to bring their God?
For starters, i wanna mention that this explains why CDs are living such Luxurious Life & heavily Protected, it's cuz their Bloodline must be preserved for return of their God, they are like Sheeps waiting to be slaughtered & only needed to make sure their God can return
Now for answer to Why, have you ever asked the question, why Only 20 Kingdoms were giving the pass to rule this World?
Obvious Answer is cuz they had Power to do so & no other Kingdom was able to challenge their Claim for Rulership, but still, why only 20 Kingdoms got their hands on this Power?
This means that before they acquired this Power, when they were simply 20 Royal Families or 20 Warriors like thousands of others around the World, they made a certain choice which made them stand above the rest, do you know why i said "Stand Above Rest"? Cuz it's the exact same words used to describe "Haoshoku Haki Users"!
I'm not saying CDs are CoC Users, but i'm saying that 20 Original Kings who created World Government were CoC Users! That's why they stood out from rest of Kings & no one challenged their Claim for Power, they were simply Strongest (Especially if most probably, DFs didn't exist at the time, cuz oldest DFs we know of existed 'After" Void Century)
But how did they acquire CoC? Now if you look at current CoC Users, there is a certain Treat that is clearly Highlighted among all of them!
They are "Protectors", they are "Guardians"
Hancock was Introduced as Guardian of Kuja
Chinjao was Introduced as Guardian of Mountain of Gold
Katakuri was Introduced as his Family's Protector
Literally Oda Highlighted their Will to Protect in their Backstories more than anything else
And the same applies to other Users, whether it's Ace or Luffy/Zoro or Roger/Shanks or WB ... etc
They are always Portrayed as Guardians or Protectors or have a Treasure they want to Protect at all costs (Among other Treats)
However, you might say, but there are Hundreds of Characters who also share similar sense of fighting to protect & guard, they are also Courageous & have Strong Wills. So why only these Characters? It's because they resemble 20 Ancient Kings the Most
In other words, all those 20 Ancient Kings showed Courage & Will to Fight & Protect like no other, they were Bravest Warriors
And each did it for different reasons, one for his Family, one for Kuja, one for Gold, one for his Allies ... etc
So after they acquired CoC, it manifested strongly through that Will to protect what they Treasured
This is why CoC is Inherited by those who resemble them most, People who have Hearts that Treasure the same things that those Ancient 20 Kings Treasured & with same Strong Will & Dedication (For example, you might think Chinjao having CoC is weird when many Stronger Top Tiers don't, but that's why Oda showed you his Backstory, his Will to Protect that Gold was so Great, hence why He was fated to Inherit CoC of Ancient King who had similar Heart/Will, and it's also same reason Oda showed us Katakuri Backstory where He wanted to protect his Family & mostly his Sister at all costs). And you can go check Users of CoC if you want, they are never more than 20 at same time, cuz Maximum Number is always 20
But how did those 20 Kings originally acquired it? As i said, they all Treasured different things, but what's common between them is that they actually needed to protect those Treasures & ended up all gaining same Power, meaning there was something Endangering them & everything they value, so they Teamed-Up to oppose it, and since only 20 done such thing, it means this Enemy was so Powerful that only 20 from entire World dared fight
Which brings me to Second Treat of CoC Users, they "Oppose God"
And Oda keeps hinting at it, not with every User, but with Most
Luffy, Yamato & Sengoku have DFs named after Gods, it's as if they claim Godhood
Doflamingo Unlocked CoC after He completely accepted that He is a Fallen God, but unlike Rosinante & their Parents, Doflamingo still saw himself as a God & above others. Zoro is Asura (Anti-God) & He keeps saying that He opposes God (He is an Atheist)
Roger & Shanks Signature Move (Divine Departure) means something like Death of God ... etc
I mean look at them, we have Heavenly Yaksha, Azura Dragon & Wise King, Asura, Sun God, Buddha, Big Mouthed God ... etc
Even Chinjao is Designed based on One of Seven God of Fortune from Japanese Folklore
So i'm not saying anyone with Divine/Godly Reference is a CoC User, but every CoC User have some kind of Divine Reference
Indicating that they represent Individuals who Challenge God & his Godhood
So those 20 Ancient Kings act of Courage was against a God, and as i explained above, it's none other than Final Villain & Vander Decken's God. That's Biggest Foe & whole World feared him except 20 who refused to submit to him for the sake of their Treasures (Which is one of Main Themes of Story; It was even Foreshadowed in Buggy Arc, when He said "If you're Pirate King then i'm God" & Buggy sent Mohji before that, who ended up destroying Chouchou's Pet Store (Which was his Treasure) & that was first time Oda tried to explain importance of Treasure, Oda hinted that the Main Villain is a God & Strongest Rebels are those who would fight no matter what for the sake of their Treasures)
But this has Huge Implication, if Defeating that God is what led to those 20 Acquiring CoC, that means it was taken from him!!
And this makes "Perfect Sense", because if He represents Earth's God & CoC is Power to stand above rest (Literally forcing others to submit just with your Presence) then it's a Divine Power, this God is Origin of CoC, no one had it during his Time cuz it's his Natural Ability, but after his Defeat (Somehow), those 20 Brave Warriors all inherited that CoC which allowed them to form an Alliance & become Rulers of the World & no one can oppose them or ask to join them, cuz they were Strongest & they were Special
One of them was Nefertari & this explains why He initially was with them & was considered among 20 Founding Kings, but He chose not to live in Mary Geoise because He believed that his Power came from their Enemy & He won't use it to Rule (So over time, Mary Geoise started considering Nefertari Family as Traitors)

However, you might ask again, if those 20 Kings are needed to bring back this God, wouldn't that mean that they should sacrifice Current CoC Users instead? It's true that Celestial Dragons didn't inherit their CoC (Possibly due to them abandoning the ways their Fathers used to live & becoming very Weak) but they still inherit the bodies that originally housed such Power
Oda even showcased this using some CoC Users we know of
Weevil Inherited WB's Strength
It's said that Momo Inherited Oden's Body
Luffy clearly Inherited Dragon's Body
Kaidou & Yamato, Big Mom & some of her Children, Roger & Ace
Even Chinjao have Sai who Inherited his Strength ... etc
So Genetically, it's possible that Imu can bring back that God by Sacrificing 20 Celestial Dragons
(PS: This isn't considered Revival of Dead cuz this God is much more complicated than you think, He ain't just some Powerful Character, He does have a Backstory & One Piece Treasure is indeed related to him, but just to give a Hint for now, He originated from Land of Gods & no, it's not Kingdom of Lunarians, but they are also related)
But wait a second, if Ancestors of CDs fought this God, why would they want to bring him back?
Well, who said they do? Imu & Vander Decken (And certain others) are only using Celestial Dragons (It's basically similar to how Madara/Obito lied to Nagato & Akatsuki)
And it's related to those Double-Layered Eyes that Imu has
And that's why this God needed Vander Decken as his Subordinate, He is the one who still roams the Seas & Planning to bring him back (And Imu is simply doing it on orders of Vander Decken, basically the Story's Devil). Oda is a Huge Fan of Dragon Ball, so think of Vander Decken as King Piccolo & Double-Layered Eyed People as his Demon Clan.
(In Decken's Case, they are his Crew)
In other words, Mihawk, Cavendish & Imu are Hosts to Vander Decken's Crew (And many other Characters)
For example, that means Hakuba is Name of One of Flying Dutchmen Crew Pirates (Double Layered Eyes indicate when Both Wills are Fused)
And this is also why Mihawk was gonna get Epithet of Clairvoyant (It's because Vander Decken can see through those Eyes, similar to how Nagato can see through his Paths)
Crocodile is another Host of One of Vander Decken's Crew Members (He isn't Awakened yet though)
And it's not coincidence that Cross Guild created by Mihawk/Crocodile looks similar to Flying Dutchmen's Figurehead!
And if you look at only Panel showing Vander Decken, you will notice Oda made sure to give him a Sword & his Pirate Flag has Swords clearly enforcing idea that it's a Crew of Swordsmen/Knights (PS: I don't post Pictures/Panels, but you can check in Wikia)

Anyway, i don't expect you to grasp the idea of everything i mentioned here, cuz i'm leaving out so many details & so many hints, however you should understand that "Vander Decken" is at the Center of Every Sub-Plot going on so far & His Reveal is extremely close
I explained to you how his Introduction + Final Villain (WG's God) is Highlight of this Arc. And it makes sense that as First Arc of Final Saga, it will End by introducing Endgame Villains (Think of them as Moria, Absalom & Zombie Generals, while Blackbeard is their Oars)
And i showed you how they are related to Mary Geoise National Treasure, Imu's Introduction, Cross Guild, Vivi/Cobra's Assassination, Kuma's Backstory, Iron Giant, Lulusia Kingdom Destruction, Imu's Straw Hat, Shirahoshi's Picture & Involvement of Ryugu Kingdom, God's Valley Incident (Which involved Bakkin), Lands of Gods ... etc
So now you understand why Oda is showing all of these Sub-Plots & Characters at same time, it's cuz they are all Linked & Egghead Incident is The Final Reveal. However, there are two more things i wanna mention:
If Vander Decken's Crew are living inside Humans waiting to be Awakened, what about Vander Decken himself?
Well, He also is inside Someone waiting to Return thanks to Imu
Someone who due to Vander Decken existing inside him, his Appearance changed drastically to resemble the Devil himself
It's none other than Gecko Moria! (Oda even hinted at it by giving him a Scar that makes his Face look like a Mask, as if Oda is telling us there is Someone else inside)
Is there any Hint that Gecko Moria is hiding the Devil inside him? Actually Yes
Which brings us to Last Sub-Plot not explored yet, & that's Fujitora's Mission
Fujitora really hated Warlord System, but something doesn't add up
We've seen Fujitora interact with Doflamingo & Law
And we've seen that after Warlord System got Abolished, Fujitora didn't go after Mihawk or Weevil or Kuma or Buggy or Hancock !!
And He obviously didn't look for Jinbe during TS
This leaves us with only Blackbeard, Moria & Crocodile
Blackbeard & Crocodile are both part of Yonko, it's impossible that Fujitora went after them since as Akainu said, Permission is needed
And Weeks have passed & there are No News about Fujitora (Including from Marines Side) which means Fujitora isn't involved in any Major War. He clearly only went after a Non-Yonko Pirate, leaving us with only Moria (Only Warlord whose Backstory was never shown or teased)
In other words, Fujitora hates Warlord System because of Gecko Moria & something He witnessed about him
And when you think about it, it makes total sense:
1. Right after Levely Ended, Fujitora set sail with an Army, clearly to Capture someone, but we've confirmed that it's none of Five Warlords recently Removed from their Position, but that means his Target wasn't protected by Warlord System, then why didn't he went after him before? That's because his Whereabouts were Unknown! Oda made us think that Fujitora is going after one of Five Warlords but we forgot that Moria was also confirmed Alive & Seen during Levely, explaining not only why Fujitora set a Destination after Levely ended but also why He never went after him before (And even before TS, Moria was hiding in Florian Triangle, so Fujitora had no means of finding him)
2. Doflamingo was given orders to Assassinate Moria & He said he received Orders from someone above Sengoku (Meaning Mary Geoise), but most Fans assumed it's Gorosei or Imu, but now it's all clear that it was someone who secretly opposes Imu & wanted to ruin their Plans by killing Moria (Thinking He would get rid of Vander Decken or at least delay his Return), that's why Moria was targeted by Doflamingo & not an Admiral or CP, it's also why He was targeted during MF & not right after his Defeat against Luffy (For example, Kuma was literally sent to get rid of SHs in case Moria lost, but they didn't order him to kill the Defeated Moria), so it's most likely that Oda tricked us into thinking Moria was targeted by Imu, when in fact, Imu needs him (Oda does this a lot tbh, He wants his Story Unpredictable)
3. As i just explained, Vander Decken is Story's Devil & his Existence should be something Scary for entire World, and since He is reason Fujitora hates Warlord System & Moria, wouldn't it make sense that Reason Fujitora blinded himself is cuz "He saw The Devil", it really connects the dots tbh
Where was Moria last seen? With BB Pirates
Did a BB Pirates Ship arrive at Egghead? Yupp, now you can have a guess on who's on board

Now for last thing i wanna mention, i recently talked about how Post-TS Zoro is copying Mihawk's Feats/Highlight Moments from Pre-TS, and i noticed how this Arc, He was woken from sleep & there is a Fleet surrounding Egghead (Which matches Scenario of Mihawk vs Krieg's Fleet)
I'm not saying Zoro gonna fight Kizaru or Saturn or entire Fleet, but logically, the entire Fleet can't enter Egghead all at once & for Saturn's Safety, He won't enter first, nor will Kizaru obviously, so they will send few Ships (Let's say 10) to make their first move & that's when Zoro does Mihawk's Feat by fighting them himself
Why am i mentioning this? It's cuz Krieg's Fleet vs Mihawk was Interrupted by a "Storm"!!
So it's possible that Zoro vs Few Marine Ships will be also Interrupted by a Storm or shall i say "Final Villain" himself & also Vander Decken's God
And there is actually a Hint for it, Oda highlighted the Storm mentioned in Krieg Pirates Flashback by naming Chapter 49 "Storm" & that's when Mihawk Arrived at Baratie! That was first time Oda hinted at "Storm" indicating a Character's Arrival/Introduction (Actually, Law saying D. will bring another Storm could also refer to Dragon defeating World Government/Final Villain thanks to 2nd Storm He brought, his Son Luffy)
You know what's also interesting about Chapter 49? and why it heavily Hints at Egghead Incident?
Both Chapter 49 & Egghead Incident are only Events in Story that were Teased by Author himself shortly before they happened
We had Oda tease Future Events such as after Ace vs BB or when Grand Fleet was Formed ... etc
But this time with Egghead Incident, He said it's gonna happen "Day After", so He ain't teasing a Future Arc, He is teasing a Future Reveal in this same Arc. Which is exactly what happened in Baratie, but you might say, wait, Narrator never spoke during Baratie Arc?
True, but that's cuz you only looked at Narrator Box, we have another Narrator Words & they are Chapter Titles
Few Chapters before Chapter 49, Oda released Chapter 45 Titled "Before The Storm"! (A Title that didn't make sense at all at the time)
In other words, Oda used Chapter Title to tease a Future Incident in Baratie & then Chapter 49 was Titled "Storm" to reveal to us that this is it
(And this Storm didn't involve Danger posed by Krieg Pirates at all, meaning don't expect Egghead Incident to be Triggered by Saturn's Fleet or Vega's Side)
Oda already released his "Before The Storm Chapter" and it was Chapter 1078 when Narrator explained that Egghead Incident is gonna happen next day. Meaning that few Chapters later, we will witness this Incident & just like Baratie, it's gonna be a Stormy Introduction, but this time it's Literally a Character who brings Storms!
Chapter 1078 is in Middle of Current Volume, so expect this Stormy Introduction to happen in Last Three Chapters of this Volume (Between 1083 & 1086). And it's interesting to note that Chapter between 983 & 986 include Titles such "Thunder", "My Bible", "My Name", "New Onigashima Project" so any of them could have been another Foreshadowing
Anyway, sorry for Long Theory, i know it's not well organized, i honestly left out so many details, and i only wanted to give general idea about Vander Decken & Final Villain, there is still much much more i wanna mention about them (My True Analysis Project is still coming after Egghead Arc & i have yet to reveal my True Discoveries, what i mention here are mostly the parts i'm not 100% certain about & only wanna tease in case they get revealed soon. My True Analysis is about entire One Piece Lore, this one is just a small debatable part but with a good chance of being true. Once we get even closer to this Reveal, i will post an explanation of how Revos play a part in all this & what is WG Plan)
