To be honest I'm so demotivated I think I just won't try in any games any more. That way I don't have to put up with shit all game, and if I put nothing into it I can't be disappointed afterwards.

It's in the OP. If a player nominated by Mafia gets into the permanent seats, they become Mafia. Of course, if I'm already a permanent seat, it doesn't matter.
