wouldnt that be very dumb of scum to not kill the town doc and a PSM? do they plan on winning? 
Meaning they will kill a townie at night and get a free town lynch the day after.
Of course, that is based on JoSeung's comment. Whether it is the smartest move or not, probably not, but it could theoretically work if circumstance allows it
