From my knowledge he should be able to throw down with the top tiers of OP no problem, not sure how many he beats though, or who the strongest he can beat is. The old timers like Ray, Garp, Sengoku lose 100%

He loses to the strongest Naruto/Bleach have to offer, in the original Dragon Ball he potentially clears every character including king Piccolo and kid Goku. Gets stomped by even BoS goku and Piccolo in DBZ.

Soloes MHA, does well in OPM till he faces a road block against either Psykorochi/Tatsumaki and loses.
