People think Oda gave shanks all these plot lines and hype and build up for over 25+ years and chapter 1 to be a fucking hype tool.

Kizaru is the hype tool people should be looking at. Shanks will never be a hype tool it doesn’t even make sense.

I think BB should have an unquestionable strength before his final fight with SH. With that I think BB will not fight only one character but more. Also BB's pirate crew needs to be hype too.

So here's a possible scenario, BBP tries to get poneglyph copies from SH. BBP fight fresh SHs after Wano gets an easy win, then RHP tries to rescue. Fight with RHP will be off-paneled then news says that BBP wins easily. With this, BB should be ranked top among all characters.
