General & Others Unpopular Opinions?

Most of one piece is filler. The only reason OP is as long as it is is because Oda doesn't write the story holistically. Luffy and the SHs are the only characters who are doing anything.
What were the yonko doing pre-skip? What is shanks and mihawk doing post skip? What has dragon ever been doing?

Key characters do nothing for 95% of the series, which stops the plot from progressing in a natural way. For example, there is absolutely no reason why Dragon should not at least try to overthrow Doflamingo. He is a pirate who has gained control over a country due to a status given to him by the WG. Not only are the shichibukai cruel and evil, but they are literally pawns of the celestial dragons. Why don't the revolutionaries wipe them out?
Because if that happened, then Oda wouldn't be able to spend 3 years writing the dressrosa arc. Oda wouldn't be able to get his paycheck for 20 years.

Another thing, why does it take so long for haki to be introduced? If this is such an integral ability, why doesn't anyone tell Luffy about it? Luffy's father is a haki master, yet couldn't bother to tell Luffy about it. Shanks is a haki mastery, and yet couldn't bother to tell Luffy about it. Mihawk doesn't say anything, crocus doesn't say anything, and even fucking Ace doesn't say anything. In alabasta, Luffy was going up against crocodile. Ace, who was a new world veteran by this time, couldn't bother to let Luffy know that there was some ability capable of damaging logia types?

Without PIS, I truly think OP would be finished by now.

Dear
It's manga "comics or graphic novels"
Not an ordinary novel

Aokiji should be a snitch and BB was fool enough to accept him :josad:
But realize it's better than the case of Kaido who gladly accepted Drake, a former Rear Admiral who simply resigned. Aokiji lost his leg and suffered multiple burns, which makes it much more convincing that he's no longer attached to the navy.

Oda clearly didn't think about Haki earlier in the series, and I refuse to believe that a Shichibukai like Crocodile didn't have it pre-TS

Another one that will get me publicly lynched: The treatment of Big Mom by a sizeable chunk of the fandom is a testament to the rampant sexism among shonen fans
