1. Bounty hunter is a broken concept (I believe this to be one of Oda's bad writing). Not because the lack of bounty hunters out there, but because the fact that we've never even seen how the process goes.

The closest thing we got of this is Jean Ango's monologue. It would be nice if we were shown the process on how a bounty hunter successfully catch a criminal and then get rewarded for it. Maybe also show both cases of alive and dead criminals.
