I don't think Urouge is a Holy Knight, although he is a godly man. His Devilfruit might be ideal for the job. He gets stronger when injured and the injuries would heal quickly. He gets hit and hit again, regenerates, gets stronger. Infinite loop. Do you think his Devilfruit could be abused like that, if he had regeneration? He also grows in size. Would he become bigger than Sanjuan Wolf?

If his fruit is based on damage taken, then he won't be as effective at all

Cause I don't think the regen merchants take actual damage from normal attacks. Only acoc.
