General & Others Urouge is at Lodestar

...Yeah, at this point, I think that's really the only possibility.
Lodestar probably will be our next stop. I don't know if Oda's planning on having anything else happen between here and there. There's a few places we COULD go, like New Marineford or Mariejois, but I'm not personally betting on any of that. And once we hit Lodestar, it's probably straight (down) to Laugh Tale after that. And I don't see Urouge being a Laugh Tale-level threat, unless he just shows up for the Final War. And I'm not even totally convinced the Final War will be what a lot of the fanbase imagines it'll be in the first place, so who knows?
I WOULD say that it's possible that we could see Urouge get eliminated when we catch up with what's been happening in the outside world during Elbaph. I could see either Blackbeard or Shanks taking out Urouge and his crew in a chapter. Like we saw with Law and Bartolomeo.
But, the problem with that is, that would mean the Strawhats would have NOTHING to do with Urouge. Basically ever. And Oda has never had a member of the Worst Generation just NOT interact with the Strawhats, ever. Oda does seem to like the Strawhats to actually do something with each member of that group, before eliminating them from the running. The other members of the Worst Generation usually feature pretty prominently in a arc, and Urouge hasn't gotten his chance to do that, yet. So, chances are, whatever it is that Urouge is doing, it'll have to be something the Strawhats meet up with Urouge for. I doubt Oda's been saving Urouge all this time, just to eliminate him offscreen.
I could see maybe Urouge showing up while the Strawhats are trying to find The Man Marked By Flames, or something. Which will probably happen somewhere around Lodestar. Or...maybe Urouge is actually inside Smoker's Mystery Cube? Maybe Urouge will just get his own Cover Story, and meet up with Enel on the Moon, or something? A civil war on the Moon would make for a fun cover story.
Whatever it is that Urouge is going to do, he better hurry up! We're running low on islands, over here! And we're inching ever closer to the Final-Final Arc, so he really needs to beat wings already!

There could be an indirect interaction between them if Urouge is Enel's missing priest and he already knows of and is grateful for the SHs' intervention in Skypiea. A single panel with Urouge thanking them would be setup enough, even if Urouge sticks around for less than a full arc before the Final War.
