Beckman isn't admiral level but I agree. It's way to late in the game for Usopp to advance so much when he's barely grown in 23 years. He's pretty much the joke of the crew that oda shits on.

My problem is that the sling shot is so big, and the ammo is so big that he might as well just toss it with his arms.
