I want you to think about the character assassination Oda has handed to Usopp

Wano:
1. Observation haki in 2014 never touched again in the manga
2. Given the role of toad oil salesman that gets exposed as a lie during an execution
3. Onigashima is just Usopp being used to showcase Nami's growth at his expense
4. Loses to fodder

Egghead:

1. Gets choked by S shark
2. Gets choked by Kizaru for no reason at all
3. Gets turned to stone by S snake

Elbaf:
1. Loses to a cat and gets told he is too weak by Luffy
2. Gets punched

End

Oda has been on a mission to destroy Usopp and all he managed was reducing his spot from 15 in the world (last popularity poll) to 16th in the world

And people still wonder if he has fans

Usopp is his "Normal Character", he's the closest thing to a normal person we have exploring the craziness of the Grand line and the New World. He will always remain as the "Weakest Crew Member' and the one who isn't Superhuman. He might not even unlocked Haki during Dressrosa. The theory is Fujitora used Advanced Haki to allow Usopp to take the shot, since he couldn't do it as an Admiral.

He is designed to be a normal person who survives the craziest adventure,
I don't know what people are expecting, Usopp was literally a punching bag for fodders in the very Arc He was Introduced & Recruited,
And now it's bad that He is punching bag for King of The World & Admirals & Super Weapons?

Usopp's Character cannot take an L except if He Dies because the fact that He even survives anything is super impressive, and so far He isn't Dead nor Dying, and it's not like his Sniping is bad or anything, He is still that good, so dunno why People shit on him,

Usopp is still useful that arc and takes out Jango. No one is asking for him to be a world beater only to have some fucking value and do single thing of worth

You just answered yourself then, so Usopp does always have some value/worth,
He also sniped in Punk Hazard, Dressrosa & Wano, and this Saga isn't over yet, it's not his fault that this Saga's Enemies cannot take damage, He did try against Gunko & Imu, but that's like saying all SHs & their Allies are Useless cuz Imu, Holy Knights, Gorosei & Seraphim haven't taken any damage, even Kizaru was perfectly fine, so why only the weakling Usopp gets shit on?

He had value pre-Wano he doesn’t anymore. He done nothing the past 3 arcs. And all the strawhats had success fighting MMAs and God Knights except Usopp. All strawhats except Usopp got key character moments or fights in the past 10 years except Usppp

Sniping Marines & Spandam in Enies Lobby counts, but Sniping Headliners & Smile Army in Wano doesn't count?
As I said, this Saga isn't over yet, and Usopp did try against Gunko & Imu, other SHs haven't done any damage to any enemy yet, not just Usopp, so only Arc where Usopp was truly absent is Egghead which is an Escape Arc against mostly Invincible Enemies, and most SHs didn't do anything as well,
