Usopp had zero growth in Wano arco and that is a big disappointment.
In Dressrossa he was so hyped and improved with his observation haki awakening.
I was expecting to see a lot more of him and master his haki.

Agreed. Very disappointed nothing was really done with Usopp's CoO awakening since, that was one of the big things I was really looking foward to going into Wano.
We should have seen more of Usopp and see him becoming stronger.
Use his observation against someone...he didn't use it once the whole arc...what a let down!
All straw hats have remained the same except Zoro and sanji.

Yes, it's sad. Oda messed to big time. Even Zoro, one of Oda's fave characters got his character arc cut short.
I have major fears for the future arcs.
