Nikyu nikyu is the "hand of liberation" this is a hint from oda that this fruit has an important role in the story of op.
Imu says to Cobra that lily spread the poneglyphs around the world in only 1 day. How she did that? Poneglyphs are heavy indestructible stones. She did that because she was the user of nikyu nikyu. Oda links nikyu nikyu to cats (like in thriller bark and now in egg head). If I am not wrong "nikyu" is the japanese sound for "meow". Alabasta god is a cat. I think this god of alabasta was created based on lily.
I believe vivi will be back on the crew, if we look to the goroawase of the devil fruit of the crew each one represent certain numbers from 1-10:
Hito hito (chopper): 1 and 10
Gomu gomu (luffy): 5 and 6
And so on
The only numbers left is 2 and 9. The only df until this moment that has 2 and 9 as goroawase is the nikyu nikyu. So the last member needs to have this fruit. So its gonna be vivi (lily's descendant).
Kuma is not really dead yet, his body is still using the fruit (df user is only dead if the fruit reborn). Kuma gonna die in egg head, then the fruit reborn in nami tree. Morgans is going to egg head right now to cover the incident, vivi is with morgans. So vivi gonna rejoin the crew and eat the nikyu nikyu
