I will just remind you Uwo with small stone kill sniper at 1 km distance. This battle is rape. Jirobo should fight against bitch with glassess and I'm still not sure that we would be able to won. But Shizuku at least is not smart and not strong as fu*ck.

It's not a matter of replicating.
Uvo is not limited to "punch and win" or "punch doesnt work and lose".
Dude's versatile. He can envision the best way to hurt each kind of enemy at any given situation.
Dude's far away? Snipe him. Can't hit due to some hack defense? Destroy him from the inside using sound shock waves, etc.
Even if Jiboro is stronger than Uvo physically, I do wonder what kind of nen blooming that would trigger on Uvo. Nen is kinda bonkers to the fact that it feels "alive". Cheetu created that ranged weapon against MOrel on the spot to try and adapt, but he's an idiot. Uvo is, once again, a seasoned fighter with a lot of creativity. Despite "enhancer" nen users being the most straightforward, Uvo is not restricted by it. He will find a way to crush his foe. Unless you have some extremely hack ability, like Kurapika had against the Spiders.

Yes, case Jirobo even with super strenght is still human, while Uvo with nen could tank anything even in passive state.
Shinobi in Naruto could die even from kunai with cutted throat. While when some guy just tried cut Uvo with Samurai sword it break in half.

Cheetu is a billion times more talented than Uvo at nen.
What Cheetu did is far beyond anything a human other than maybe Terrisandwitch has shown us.
Kurapika took months to create a pair of chains and he's >> Uvo in talent, Cheetu did it on the spot with no practice.
