There's no confirmation that said Vasco is the cook of the BBP. Hell, even Pizarro feels like a chef if anything. I don't think any of them are cooks because they are true pirates and they steal food rather than cook stuff.

Imo, Franky vs Wolf and Brook vs Vasco. I think Vasco might have a supernatural fruit which goes along with Brook's ghost fruit.
