I said he can because he has endurance, and I meant he is more resistant to damage and pain as showed in Thriller Bark and in countless threads very recently. So Zoro can easily take the damage of the laser.
Yet he chooses to not do that and keep fighting Lucci..

Zoro as the first mate should always strive to act in a competent manner. Playing around with Lucci when he can easily dispatch him when his crew is in danger is the height of buffoonery. I dont want to ever hear about how Zoro is this great leader of men. Hes a clown like his captain.
