If Vegapunk can read the Poneglyph then his Satellites can too. Meaning Vegapunk should’ve ended York or wiped her memory all while planning to die because he should’ve known she would be used to find the One Piece. The reason the government wanted Robin alive was because they needed it.

Oda did not only humilate Robin’s character by making all the Satellites able to read (including the one accompanying the strawhats right now) but he also made a plot hole in the process of that.
