I don't think the traitor is any of the 'current' Vegapunks or the Seraphims.
If Stella dies then punk records dies with him since its' size is because of the nomi nomi no mi, which is why Stella is captured.
I believe the 'traitor' is either a failed Vegapunk clone or a failed Seraphim clone, that's hiding in plain sight. It's using green blood to change its appearance "Mr. 2".
We've seen what Vegapunk considers a "failure" and recently we've seen the Supa supa no mi being used by S-Hawk.
