Imo idk i think they have a chance due to hax tho they're probably way weaker

Which Version of Madara?

Round 2: Either of them solos.Neither has Vegeta an advantage in speed as well as not in DC.At least not SS Arc Vegeta.

Vegeta after his third Zenkai,would be a different story

Simply false in regards to DC. Both Kaguya and Yhwach are on that planetary range in terms of DC but only at the peak of their abilities. Vegeta is a planet level threat in base alone and with the x10 boost in his Oozaru form, he leaves them in the dust in that department.

Aizen and Madara's only hopes of surviving is if their "immortality" can keep them from being reduced to singular cells. Vegeta's powerlevel in the Saiyan Saga was 18,000~, capable of casually busting a planet given earlier feats in the series and his own intentions in the saga of his debut. He stands a good chance of popping them apart like he did to the Saibamen.

Round 2 is difficult. Yhwach's ability to rend dimensions with his hax and Kaguya's pure strength to destroy / birth new dimensions could cause Vegeta a lot of difficulty. He should have the raw power advantage, but against two dimension busters IDK if that'll do much. Oozaru Vegeta (180,000~ battle power) could probably wipe Kaguya out. No way of telling for Yhwach, given his litney of crimes against common sense.

The fact that Yhwach feared Ichigo’s bankai showcases that he could be beat with far stronger AP, his hax won’t be able to make a difference vs Vegeta.

Wasn't that also due to the silver arrow negating The Almighty though? His whole, "any attack I see cannot harm me" spiel is hard to argue against.
