I posted this in spoilers but ima do it again

Thinkin about it would it be badass if jinbe was seen as luffys vice captain by the world government. Any time luffy is involved with a yonko jinbe is there backing him up all the way
  1. They were together at marineford fighting with the whitebeard pirates to save ace
  2. They were together during the destruction of whole cake against the big mom pirates
  3. Now hes finally officially part of the crew to take down the beast pirates
Jinbe already has the qualities of an amazing captain so it makes sense. Being the previous captain of the fishmen pirates. Hes also the most notable member of luffys crew respected or at least known by most people. Like the yonko, world goverment, and even random fodder. Man was even a shichibukai at one point

He was also there for luffy at easily his lowest point ever and bringing him out of his depression. Inn wci after the crew witness pedro die jinbe was the one to help them out of their sadness too at least for the moment.

Man has even one of the biggest feats of the series! Having luffy listen to his plan and not only one time but two damn times
  1. In Fishman island tho he had to bribe him with meat
  2. In wci when he convinced luffy to allie with capone. And luffy listened even with how much he hated Capone + ceasar
When it comes to power levels i do think if ot didn't already at least zoro and sanji will surpass him eventually but still think jinbe makes an amazing vice captain

Luffy fanboys jinbe almost as much as jinbe does him and thats sayin alot lol

Maybe but i just think jinbes experience, knowledge, and just previous leadership would make him the best one at least on paper. Even if he never gets the title

Man still had luffy of all people go along his plan to team up with capone. Makes sense hed ask sanji too because its to save his family

I do agree zoro and sanji will eventually overshadow him but still jinbe would be an amazing vice captain
