I figure that he'll be able to temporarily go into that form with those features such as the black hair and the different eyebrows. I don't think he'll be evil in the form tho as it'll contradict Sanji's speech and thought process from the last chapter.

Yeah, that's precisely what I thought when we got the spoilers for last chapter. Sanji or someone else will obviously figure out a way to snap out of that evil form by the end of the arc so no reason it won't be used on his siblings at some point.

1. I think Sanjis eyebrows will be more like Reiju. He hasn’t shown to lose his emotions so like Reiju, he doesn’t have a heart of Ice. If Oda drew the eyebrows like that in the 40 year old Sanji photo it’d be too much of a spoiler.

3. They will always be who they are. They’re basically Daleks who only live with anger and a desire for war. As long as Judge is their leader, they’ll never change.

I think if the day comes that judge is kicked off his throne, the vinsmokes have a chance to change. Reiju can possibly melt their frozen hearts but judge won’t.

I don't see a valid argument for Sanji to unlock black hair just because his epithet is stealthblack.

The reasoning is completely valid and, if anything, black-haired Sanji is what Oda should do to keep himself consistent:

1) Sanji and Judge are blonde because they aren't modified.

2) The siblings have a different hair color each because their genetics are modified in a way they acquired the color of their modifications.

3) Consequently, Poison Pink is pink-haired, Sparking Red is red-haired, Electric Blue is blue-haired and Winch Green is green-haired; their Raid Suits match these colors too.

...And since Sanji is Stealth Black, the most logical reasoning is that the Sanji with its lineage modified was going to be black-haired. If no surface change happened we could just say that the modifications aren't affecting him in the same way, but since his eyebrows turned to the "evil" direction, nothing prevents his hair to change its color too.

In other words: if after awakening their modifications the pink Germa developed pink hair, the red Germa red hair, the blue Germa blue hair and the green Germa green hair, what doesn't make sense is, if anything, that the black Germa isn't developing black hair.

Where did you get the idea that Reiju's right eyebrow swirls in the other direction ? It should swirl in the same direction as the other one like her brothers', her having emotions was explained by the fact Sora spent a lot of time with her so she could develop them, it wasn't a genetic change.

Also, their eyebrows actually form the number 99 wheras Sanji's eyebrows before awakening his Germa powers formed the number 66. Now the interesting question is whether Sanji's right eyebrow still swirls clockwise because if it does, it could be the proof that he's still genetically different from his siblings in some way, which would serve as a good way of explaining how he could retain his emotions and not get black hair.

It makes perfect sense, actually. The color black represents the absence of light which is absorbed by black colored things. It's the whole point of Sanji's ability, absorbing light to become invisible. You should know this as a skilled physicist.

Every Vinsmoke has a Germa epithet matching their power, which at the same time matches the color of their hair. Reiju isn't called Stealth Pink but she's called Poison Pink, just like Niji (blue-haired) is called Electric Blue, and so on (as I explained). Sanji, being Stealth Black, was obviously meant to mutate his hair into black.

I mean, I don't blame you for forgetting about the Vinsmokes, but a quick Wiki check will show you why black-haired Sanji makes total sense.

If I recall correctly Sanji in his raid suit heavily resembled Stealth Black, a fictional character from Sora, Warrior of the Sea, according to Law, and the suit happens to be black. 🤔

Now that I digged it seems that every suit of the other Vinsmokes matches their hair color so that can make sense.
